As you come up to the condo there is a large deck with outdoor furniture to relax on. As you enter the condo there is a living area with wood burning fireplace and 65 65-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The fully stocked kitchen is very spacious and the dining table will seat 6 and has wrap-around seating. There is a half bath just off the kitchen and a stack washer and dryer in a closet next to the bathroom. On the second level, you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full-size hallway bathroom down the hall that each of these bedrooms has access to with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. On the third level is the master bedroom with a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV with cable., and access to a small deck area. The bath has a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a large deck to relax on as you enter the condo. Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Dollar Meadows Sun Valley Resort Amenities: NO AMENITIES PASSES AVAILABLE UNTIL SPRING OF 2024. Reservations made for winter 2023/24 do not have pool access. Reservations made for June 2024 or later will have full amenities access including up to 5 pool passes, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides.
