The lock box was EXTREMELY hard to open. The hosts were very responsive to help and said they plan to get a new one. This is not a great experience after a long travel day!

The parking lot has about a million potholes.
There were no instruction about the internet or the thermostat.
It was just warm enough and for the bed it would have been nice if there had been another blanket.

No top sheet or extra bedding. No temperature control. Only streaming TV with no signins. Entry staircase difficult.
