Situated in Athens, this lovely condo for R 5,434 per night is a great choice for your next break. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from The Acropolis Museum and the National Museum of Contemporary Art. It can actually accommodate up to 7 people and an infant, but families / groups of up to 6 people would feel more comfortable. Most of the city’s attractions and sights are within walking distance and in less than a 3 minute walk you can be connected with the city’s metro, tram and buses. The walking distances are as follow: The Acropolis Museum – 5min Acropolis Metro station – 6min Siggrou – Fix Metro station – 3min National Museum of Contemporary Art – 5min Dionysiou Areopagitou Street – 7 min Temple of Olympian Zeus – 7min Filopappos Hill – 10min Odeon of Herodes Atticus – 10min Zappeion – 10 – 15min National Garden – 10 -15min Also, you can get the tram or the bus from the stations located 2-3minutes away from the apartment that can take you straight to the beach (around 30min trip). The apartment is located between the Acropolis Museum and the National Museum of Contemporary Art. The location is super central and ideal for families or large groups of people who want to visit Athen’s main sights on foot. You can easily walk to most of the attractions around the historic center. Due to it’s central location, the area may experience traffic noise during the day, but the apartment’s double-glazed aluminum windows will keep the noise out. The main bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment so light sleepers won’t have any problems. In the surrounding area you can find plenty of tourist offices, banks, pharmacies, car rentals and the popular area of Koukaki, which is full of cafes / restaurants & bars for your amusement. There is also a small super market and one of the best bakeries in Athens only a 5 min walk away from the apartment. The apartment was recently renovated and is decorated with care and our personal taste to keep the Athenian character & atmosphere, but with a touch from our beloved Cyclades islands. The main color is white with the blue details bringing out Greece’s mood. The living room is decorated with some of our personal black & white photography work and many of the objects around the house are also personal or custom made. You can find all the amenities of a modern apartment like a fully renovated & equipped kitchen, a working space with cable Internet, a Wi-Fi printer, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, a 43inch plasma television with cable channels, a security door and a small balcony both at the front & at the back with flowers and plants that we personally take care of . The apartment consists of 1 large living room, 1 working space, a spacious kitchen, a separated laundry room, 1 totally renovated bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen sized bed, a bedroom next to the living room which can be ideal for children with 3 single beds and an ensuite W.C. If you are a family travelling with children we can offer you an infant’s bed, security sockets, a highchair and a baby’s bath. Please inform us beforehand if you need them and feel free to ask if there is anything else you might need. You will find the following devices/machines that you can make use of: - 5 air conditions (one in each bedroom and two at the living room) - Laundry/Dryer machine - Dishes washing machine - Oven / Kitchen - Microwave oven - Nespresso coffee machine - Coffee machine - Boiler - Toaster - Iron - Plasma TV with cable channels - Printer with Wi-Fi connectivity - Mini Hi-Fi Also, you will be provided with clean bed sheets & towels, linens, etc. Apartment rules: - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment (there are balconies for the smokers). - Parties are not allowed. - You are kindly asked to treat this apartment as it was yours and keep it clean and tidy before you check out.

This three bedroom property has everything you need for visiting Athens. The three bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath was perfect for us three friends. It has a fully furnished kitchen and a laundry room. The owners were quick to respond to the questions I had. It's close to bus and metro stops. Close to the Acropolis and a row of restaurants as you reach the bottom from the South Slope. For a great meal, go to Mani Mani, just two blocks away.

We stayed three nights in this apartment and found it clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The location is very central, close to the Acropolis and easy walking distance to restaurants and two stations. The only drawback was the noisy road at the front which meant we couldn't open the windows, so it was a bit stuffy in the living area. However, we were aware of this from previous reviews and it wasn't much of a problem as we were out all day. It would be good if the owners could provide a few more mugs as there were only four useable mugs in an apartment that sleeps six people, one of us ended up drinking tea out of a jar! Also a couple of teatowels would be handy. Otherwise the apartment was well equipped with plenty of thoughtful touches (e.g., maps, guide books) and we had a great time here, thank you.

We loved the apartment, it had lots of room and although there were only 4 of us, we liked the three bedrooms so both kids could have their own space. Apostolos and Irene were friendly to work with and they made the check in/out process very easy. The location was good and was very near a Metro station. We would definitely recommend their apartment and we would stay there again.

We stayed here 4 nights. It's a beautiful place well located within walking distance of most of the big attractions in the city. Apostolos was super friendly when he met us and was very helpful during our stay with some other questions we had. I say the only downside is that cars and motorcycles seem to like to drive by very loudly at all hours. The bedrooms are in the rear though so it wasn't too big of a deal unless you were in the living room. The place looked exactly like and as nice as in the pictures. We would gladly stay here again.

This property lived up to the promise of the photos and exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, comfortable in a clean, modern style, adequately equipped and well maintained. The property fronts a busy street but windows are well insulated and you don’t really notice the noise. The location is excellent: about 15-20 minutes to the Acropolis and the Platka district. The owners, Apostolos and Irene, were easy to work with and gracefully accommodated some last minute adjustments due to the tardiness of our flight. I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

We spent two nights and enjoyed most everything. Our only complaint is that there wasn't enough hot water for all 6 of us to shower at the end of a sweaty day exploring. There was also some loud music late at night but it wasn't enough to prevent sleep. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Athens in the future and will recommend the location to others as well.
