Having been let down with accommodation on Creekside only two days before flying we thought our holiday was over before it had started. A quick visit to the HomeAway website turned up similar available accommodation. A quick e-mail exchange with Gary and payment meant we had somewhere to stay on our arrival. The villa exceeded our expectations and Gary responded immediately to any queries or teething problems we had. When we left the villa at the end of our stay we managed to leave a couple of items of clothing behind but again Gary came to our assistance by delivering them to our family who were staying round the corner. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend staying at this villa.

Lovely clean well equipped villa. Ideal location for parks, and a nice private pool/back garden, with tree lined outlook.
Can't speak highly enough of managers. The only issue we had was created by mother nature (electrical storm) and they rectified issues very quickly to ensure we had an enjoyable vacation.

We had a great visit, the kids LOVED the pool. We had some pretty cold nights and the kids were able to swim their hearts out. We had a small issue with the heater that was no fault of anyone’s and was promptly taken care of. Pool was perfectly heated from late day 2 and for the rest of our trip. Gary was very quick to have someone out taking care of the issue. We will/would use again without hesitation.

Simply superb all around. Property managers were outstanding with us during Hurricane Ian and villa and pool is brilliant. Highly recommend

House was everything we wanted/needed. Very clean and plenty of room. It was great relaxing by the pool at the end of the day after being in the parks all day. Will definitely stay here again.

House is great plenty of room. About 10 miles from parks which is 25 minutes or so in orlando traffic. Great stay

My wife and I had a nice time but there were lots of ants around the pool area and on hot afternoons the a/c wouldn't cool below 75 degrees it was set on 68 degrees but the ceiling fans help and the house is very nice and I would stay there again

We were in the Orlando area for our daughters volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Although not close, it’s seems it takes 30 mins to get anywhere in the Orlando area. The house was perfect for our family of 4 to stay. Extremely close to Walmart and Wawa for necessities without having to battle traffic. The house and pool were very clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet making for a relaxing stay. The only issues we had, which weren’t a big deal, were that we couldn’t get the master bedroom and the twin bed bedroom TV’s to work. Also, the trash was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday and it was still there Thursday when we left, however the schedule could have changed due to Monday being the Juneteenth holiday.🤷♀️ Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We had a fabulous experience. The villa was spotless and directions from Gary were clear & concise. Great central location to activities we wanted to do.
Had an issue with the pool when we arrived that was rectified the next day!
Only slight negative was trying to get regular cable on the large TV in the great room, instructions vague.
Would recommend to anyone and would return again without hesitation.

Great location! Close to all desired shopping, yet quiet neighborhood. House was clean and kitchen well-equiped. We had to endure a couple of mid-50°F days without heat due to problems with the heat motors. Comforters and sheets should be replaced. Overall, nice stay.
