If you wish to extend the boat rental beyond seven nights, please speak with the Marina representative when you are onsite for pickup. There are two separate docks; 2 slips on a shared dock and 1 on a private dock. The private dock in the front of the house can accommodate a 20 ft Skiff and the 2 slips on the east shared dock can accommodate up to 32 ft, and the lift is unavailable for guest use. If you plan on bringing your boat, please call the AMI Local reservations team before the arrival date so the additional boat fee is not charged. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in the exterior public approach areas. This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival.
