Specifically bus #24 on the corner is frequent and travels along Sherbrooke street across all downtown, great option to cross downtown while seeing the city above ground. - This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. The building maintenance may need access to the property in very rare circumstances to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or power issues). They have the right to access the unit for purposes of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
