My stay was great. First thing i noticed upon arrival was the cleanliness. Clean bedding, no funky odors, hard flooring and ample hot water. The heating/AC unit works well and isnt full of mold like most 2 and 3 star motels. Yes people live here, and all seem nice. I too, am calling this home for a while. Cory has been awesome to me and my wife. There is a Hooters next door, a nice sized mini golf place across the street, and just about everything else you can imagine within walking distance or a short car ride away. Overall. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was dirty unclean uncapped door wouldn't lock. I couldn't even stay there I had to go across the street to another hotel

I was more than a little turned off upon arrival because the property was not kept up looking. The grass, flower beds, etc. were full of weeds and it made the place look run down. In contrast, the room was acceptable, the service was great. I had an issue with the TV not getting a signal and was assisted by the front desk via phone and ultimately, the handyman was immediately dispatched to swap out the cable box. Very impressed. Everyone was very Covid aware and I felt protected. Thank you!

I would really really recommend finding somewhere else to stay. Terrible service. Had an impossible time checking in as the internet was down. Room smelled like a mixture of urine and pine sol. Black mold on the shower curtain. I almost said screw it and slept in my car, but at least it was a bed. Didn't see any signs of bedbugs, but it was still an unpleasant stay. Front desk was incredibly rude at check in, and no one was to be found when it came time to check out.

Overall stay was good for what was needed. Would not be a first choice of extended stay or for anything then a place to rest after a night out with friends out of town. Staff was quick and efficient. Telephone in room was not in working condition so had to go to front desk for questions. Dead roach on the wall next to bed had not been removed from previous guest. Something was left under fitted sheet of mattress on one of the beds. No wash clothes were provided and with lack of phone no time to request before going out of the evening. This is definitely not the up to the Wyndham Standard for their properties.

I booked treo nights and they charge extra money I had to call my bank to get it back. The room was not cleaned before I was checked into it and the water did not work at all.

It stated breakfast was included and barely anything was offered. I had to beg for toliet paper and towels on a daily basis. There was meadow on the shower curtain, the bathroom walls had mold spots. It was a horrible hotel. I will never stay in a travelodge again.

Front desk staff was cordial and helpful, rooms are in need of upgrades, The hotel apparently does weekly rentals to local individuals who seem to have some "courtesy" issues. Law Enforcement was there twice in the past week to quell loud incidents.

Bed was broken it was completely on the floor in the middle making a V shape, could not sleep in it. Room smelled bad. The whole faucet in the shower was falling off and not connected to the wall.

Well for starters it was supposed to be a single king non-smoking room. We ended being given a 2 twin bed room. Not a huge deal. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with a musty smell. Walked in the door and the room smelled like an ashtray. There were cigarette butts in the vents of the AC unit. There were 6 dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Very dissatisfied and will not be staying here or any other travel lodge again.

I booked it from internet and my family stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It is beyond my expectation. Good location, very close to the historical site. Room is quiet, clean and bright (I don't like dark rooms). Bed is comfortable. Even has a shower cap - convenient. Microwave and refrigerator are functional ? the first room we were given had a refrigerator out of order, but staff changed room for us after we called. Breakfast has mini-bagel, bread, Danish, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, oatmeal and fresh apples. Considering of the price, it is a very good deal. Highly recommended.

This hotel was a great value and the accommodations were excellent. They actually gave us one of the rooms in the back building by the pool and the room was large and room. We had a comfortable king size bed and a love seat sofa in room. It was very clean and the continental breakfst was more than enough for me and my husband. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Excellent value. Pleasant staff and responsive management. We spent 9 nights here and will do it again. Ok, so the continental breakfast might not be the best, but is that really that important to you??!! There is a microwave and fridge in the room, the Pancake House is a block away, McDonalds and Hardees are on the next street over, and Colonial Williamsburg is soo close. Enjoy. You could have steak and eggs for weeks with what you will save on this EXCELLENT value.

Got a great internet rate so we tried it. What a disappointment! After a 6 hour drive we get in the room and find the shower curtain moldy (they didn't even try to hide it) and hair on the bathroom floor (and they told us the room was just cleaned!). We had trouble getting COLD water, the single cup coffeemaker looked like it would fall apart and barely worked (like the alarm clock), and the stairwell right by our door also smelled like urine. Also, there was no "spa" (either a hot tub or a full spa facility) that we saw or were even told about. \n On the positive side--yes, there was one--the staff at check-in and throughout our visit was VERY friendly and helpful (when we complained about the bathroom, they had it re-cleaned right away). \n If you only use the room for sleeping and can get a good rate, go for it. Unfortunately, we got what we paid for and probably won't be back.

Our two day stay to visit Busch Gardens was very pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel was easily accessible to Busch Gardens. The check in lady even had specific directions for getting to Busch Gardens on a less used entrance. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

This hotel was understaffed and well worn. Our room was never made up between nights, and when we returned from dinner, our room key did not work. We discovered that someone made the decision that our two night stay was for only one night. When we finally reentered the room, it was still not made up. Never again, and never again Travelodge.
