Your entire group will enjoy the quick five minute walk to downtown Muskegon restaurants, bars, museums, theater and Muskegon Lake! Rather stay in? We have carefully curated all of the accompaniments we’ve come to expect when staying in vacation rentals and want you to feel right at home. The space This spacious and beautiful home is completely furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and is conveniently located in downtown Muskegon. You are within walking distance to the Arena, bars, restaurants, boutique shopping and Heritage Landing park where many summer festivals take place. The home features a modern twist on the victorian style to capture the era and essence of the home. Inside you’ll find 3 large bedrooms (primary on main level and two bedrooms on second floor). Primary bedroom with king size bed has its own private en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom upstairs also includes a king bed and office nook with desk. The third bedroom has two full over full bunkbeds and a comfy chair to enjoy reading or TV watching. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with streaming services. The basement is set up for fun and games which include a ping pong/air hockey table, arcade game, basketball and another TV with cozy seating. There’s a beautiful pool table on the main level along with a game table that includes chess, checkers and backgammon. The beautiful large kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, pots pans, dishes and a dining table that seats 6. Additional features include central AC, built in microwave, full size washer dryer, ironing board, iron, beach towels and toys for your 10 minute drive to Pier Marquette beach. Outside you’ll find a long driveway for private parking and a fenced in patio with grill, fire pit and plenty of seating to enjoy the summer weather. **please note: The garage is unavailable to guests, however, there is plenty of parking in the driveway and free street parking if needed.
