CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Our cleaning staff washes our high quality linens before every new guest arrival. We mean every bath towel, wash cloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case and dish towel – EVERY TIME. All linens are washed in high heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and through sanitation. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned units by professional cleaners. This has been one of our highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guest arrival. You can be certain that our property is thoroughly disinfected. Pets require prior approval, and there is a $150 fee per pet - max of two pets allowed. (You must bring their beds and blankets and not allow them on our furniture especially if they shed. They also must be up to date on shots and on a flea preventative.) - Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. and guests must check-out by 10:00 A.M. - This is a smoke-free property. - The maximum number of overnight guests is 15. - We have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our property and guests. These are motion recorded. - You may experience wildlife native to the Gulf of Mexico including crabs, fish, dolphin, sharks, jelly fish etc. There may also be rip currents and you should swim at your own risk.
