About this house rental

Located in Dauphin Island, this charming house for R 10,898 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Soul Surfing III-Brand new home completed in June 2023. Property includes a private beach area located on the bay with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch area. Access to gulf side beach area can be accessed by a short walk across the non busy street. Located in the town of Dauphin Island also known as the Sunset Capital of Alabama. Gorgeous split floor plan with beautiful views of the water from the living/dining/and kitchen areas. Sleeps 15 comfortably. 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped with many extras including all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, and outdoor gas grill. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include two king sized beds and have private entrance and exits through french doors that open to the spacious back porch. The bedrooms and back porch area have some of the best views of the spectacular sunsets on Dauphin Island. Bedroom 1 includes another king sized bed with a gulf view. Bedroom 4 contains two sets of full sized bunk beds which are perfect for the kids. Bedroom 5 includes a full and twin sized bunk bed with old school style Ms. Pac Man and The Fast & The Furious arcade games. Board and card games are also included. All bedrooms and living area have Smart TV's. WiFi is included. Home has high chair and playpen for smaller children. Please be advised of the following information prior to placing a Reservation: Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 23. Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. Maximum Occupancy numbers include children and cannot be exceeded at any time. All of our homes are Non-Smoking and Pet Friendly with a paid pet fee.

House is new and perfectly represented in ad. Great Location. Access to Ocean Beach and Bay. Very Roomy Kitchen and Living Room. Better in person! Would definitely recommend others to stay!!! Owner very responsive!

This house is amazing. And the location is absolutely perfect. To see the bay on one side and ocean on the other is truly special. We had the best time. So relaxing. Super easy and cannot say enough great things about both location as well as the place. We will definitely be back! It was perfect!!!

This house is brand new with ocean views from the front door & bay views from the back porch. The house itself is so nice from the beautiful decor & spacious bedrooms and open floor plan makes it so comfortable. The owners were able to answer any questions we had. Great experience & love Dauphin Island. We will be back!

The house was beautiful! Newly constructed and plenty of space. You could see the beach from any porch or window of the house. We would love to go back. The owners responsed to any questions immediately.
