Recently updated with new marble tile in the bathroom and a fireplace in the bedroom, it's designed for comfort. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit in the flat yard or on the oversized deck. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, keeping noise levels low in common areas. Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted. Please note there is one flight of stairs to access the apartment. Additionally, pets are not allowed on furniture, and excessive fur may incur a dry cleaning fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to a $30 fee. We want to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and have implemented these rules accordingly. Please note: - We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week. - Flight of stairs are required to access.
