Includes a Home Cinema with 95" Projection Screen and reclining leather sofas! 15 minute walk to Helen Tubing or Cool River Tubing and the restaurants on Helen's South Side (like Big Daddy's & The Pink Pig BBQ). 20 min walk to the Helen Festival Hall, or a 25 to 30 min walk to the Downtown Alpine Helen village. 3 Bedrooms & 3 and 1/2 Bath. 2 Bedrooms have 1 King Bed each, and the 3rd Bedroom is set up as a bunk room with 1 King bed and 1 Full Size built-in bunk beds.
