The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor and are a perfect space conveniently to enjoy a meal together and have the entire group engaging in fun conversations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. * Feminine Products. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) Please inquire about advanced parking reservations. 6) Please remember that you're staying in a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat our home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. 7) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice. 8) There is a Charcoal Brick Oven guests are welcome to use.
