In a pretty little ‘casa’ overlooking the water - a recently renovated and handsomely dressed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for four conveniently positioned near the Church of the Frari in the San Polo district. A jolly ray of sunshine on the first floor overlooking the ‘Rio di San Polo’ canal and a bridge on which stripe-shirted gondoliers pass the time of day and ply their ancient trade, the warm and welcoming Ca’ Dei Nomboli offers comfort and elegance throughout its spacious interior. Stylishly presented with splashes of colour, accommodation comprises a large and semi-open plan sitting/dining room decorated and furnished in a tropical fruit cocktail of zingy ‘mandarino’, zesty ‘pompelmo rosa’, juicy lime and mouth-watering mango and featuring two tall windows with decorative balustrades overlooking the canal. The modern kitchen with small breakfast bar to the rear is well-equipped and designed to make optimum use of the available space and, in keeping with the rest of the apartment (excluding bathrooms), has gorgeous wooden parquet flooring heightening the overall feeling of quality and adding a dash of period charm, while air-conditioning throughout plus Wi-Fi internet connection and a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor add to the comfort and ease of your stay. In contrast to the energizing tones of the main living area are two pretty-as-a-picture double bedrooms decked out for chilling out in soft blue and white seaside stripes reminiscent of lazy days spent at the beach - one to the rear of the apartment with its own beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower and the other overlooking the canal to the front and also with its own equally stylish bathroom with bathtub and shower over - and both with double beds which can be made into twins on request. OUR COMMENT A bold and refreshing kaleidoscope of colour in a brilliant position for exploring the city! Very well located between the Rialto area in the north (with its famous food markets and labyrinth of alleyways) and the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide ‘fondamente’, antique shops and galleries) and only two minutes’ walk to the 14th century Church of the Frari, Campo San Polo and the jaw-dropping Tintoretto-filled Scuola Grande Di San Rocco. Moments to a well-stocked 'Billa' supermarket and a great range of restaurants for both dining in and eating out and a stone’s throw to the vaporetto stop and 'Traghetto' gondola ferry at San Toma on the Grand Canal - ideal for trips (during operating times) over to the 'must-see' attractions of the San Marco district and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice, in this beautiful spacious apartment, with a very professional management company.
We were greeted by Matteo on arrival, who showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had, plus provided us with restaurant recommendations, as our daughter is Celiac and cannot eat food with gluten.
Elisa kindly arranged a water taxi both ways, so we were dropped off and picked up, right near our the apartment – great!
The apartment is very beautiful and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect. The host and staff help to make your stay perfect.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Venice! Our family of four (two teenage girls) fit very comfortably in the apartment. It was nice to have a second bathroom! The communication, check in process, and location were all terrific. Elisa even arranged a water taxi for us both ways, which I very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Die Einrichtung bietet wirklich alles, von der fahrbaren Einkaufstasche bis hin zu Babyutensilien. Toll.
Schwierig empfanden wir das mit der Müllentsorgung.
Das wäre eine andere Lösung wirklich von Vorteil.

The accommodations were fabulous, location was exceptional with easy access to all the great sites and restaurants that Venice has to offer. What set this VRBO apart was the extraordinary support and guidance that their concierge named Mateo provided. From assisting us with reservations for our inbound water taxi, meeting us at the dock and walking us to the VRBO, providing guidance on restaurants and sites and finally arranging an outbound water taxi on a Sunday was above and beyond. Yes the apartment was exceptional, however , the added attention and support made this a truly special trip for all of us .

This 2 bedroom/bath apartment was perfect for our stay during Carnivale. The apartment has been recently renovated with all new modern conveniences. My friends and I enjoyed the views of the canal and bridge. We all concurred the beds were comfortable. Convenient easy walking to all attractions. Close water taxi station. Quaint shops, restaurants and cafes within 1-2 minute walking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed the Villa very much. The upstairs neighbor was just wonderful when we had a concern with the main door. Located close to everything and the Gondolas even park under the window so you have a great view of all the happenings :-) Ask for the private taxi ride to bring you to your Villa and if you are flying out it is even a better wat to say your last good bye to Venice

This was the perfect apartment for us. Although we were only two (two expected companions had to cancel at the last minute), this lovely apartment was perfectly situated in the San Polo sestiere, making access to the entire city and its many landmarks quite easy. The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable. I’d highly recommend it!

Top Lage, super Grundriss, genügend Geschirr, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine eine Etage tiefer,
bequeme Sitzgelegenheit beim Essen , Blick aus dem Fenster, Top Betten und Kopfkissen.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, obwohl es von den nächtlichen Heimkehrer im Quartier manchmal kurze Störungen gibt.
auch wenn wir nur kurz mal den TV benutzten, Bedienungsanleitung bzw.auch andere Sender, konnten nur italienische finden.

Beautiful, clean apartment
The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It has lovely views of a small canal and a small bridge. It is quiet, but steps away from plenty of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk to a Vaporetto stop and the Rialto Bridge, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.
The only thing I didn't realize ahead of time was that the washer and dryer are not in the apartment itself, but are located in a separate locked room down a flight of stairs near the building entrance (just a minute away). For us, it was not a big deal for a couple of small loads of laundry. There was also some occasional motor boat noise coming from the canal in the morning but it did not bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Vue agréable sur un canal, à proximité de tout : superette, boulangerie, restaurants, et à 10 mn à pieds du Rialto ou de San Marco.
Un plateau et un dessous de plat seraient bienvenus.

No heat before October 15, 5 days without heat. We used extra blankets. Otherwise, this was in a great area, easy to get to, on a beautiful canal, can walk easily to all attractions. If you are American, it took us 7 days to get an appt for nasal swab for flight back. No pharmacies had any appointments, neither did the hospital. All govt sites in Italian, hard to navigate their apps! Marta from VOV helped us out at the last minute and saved our departure, thank her so much!! The apartment is beautiful and clean! Uncrowded Venice, all to ourselves!

Great location, extremely comfortable
The apartment was really comfortable (great beds in 'equal' bedrooms, sofas etc) and with everything on one floor it made it very easy to live in. It was also extremely warm - a great treat in January!
The location is excellent for getting around, restaurants and the local sites (Frari, San Rocco etc). We would definitely stay again.

Perfect home in Venice
The house was even better than advertised...beautiful, convenient and comfortable. The view of the canal and being able to look out the windows and watch Venice go by was very memorable. The location was great, and the Views on Venice team that manages the apartment was great at helping us schedule things we wanted to see and do. Definitely a highlight of our stay in Italy.

Fantastic location with wonderful view over canal. Clean, modern and comfortable property (incredibly comfortable beds, slept better than at home!). Views on Venice staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, representative met us at the local water bus stop and guided us to the property. Would highly recommend.

Great Apartment in Terrific Location
I stayed in this beautiful two bedroom apartment with my husband and teenaged daughter for four nights in March 2019. It is in a good location close to a vaporetto stop on both of the main boat lines. The apartment is spacious, clean, updated and nicely decorated. Everything looks fresh and new. The beds are comfortable and the linens are good. The managers were friendly and helpful and kindly arranged for transportation from the train station and to the airport for us. Overall, a great place to stay.

Charming apartment located close to key tourist attractions
Our group of 4 from Northern California spent four nights in this lovely apartment. It is centrally located very near all the highly coveted tourist attractions such as the Duomo. Simona, who rented us the apartment is a gem. She returned every communication promptly and was very supportive.
