Booked on booking.com app. Was last min decision to stay another night once we’d got them was surprised with a 40$ cash only deposit and no atm on site had to drive blocks away for one. The room wasn’t cleaned there was blood on toilet and bathroom walls old food in fridge

Great location and convenience but not the best quality & not worth the high price tag for just two nights of stay,

The location is key.

Looks great from the outside, but the upkeep of the inside of the rooms and even the hallways of the rooms could use some serious TLC & updating.

Stay away.

It felt like the room was from a horror movie film. Therefore, I sit not like anything.

Really run down. It had a feel of where you do drugs or have someone murdered. Bathroom smells like mildew and urine.

The bed was comfortable, and my A/C worked.

The facilities were a mess with clothes and bags of garbage just dumped outside of rooms, along with the place just littered with cigarette butts tossed everywhere throughout the property. Parking was difficult to maneuver around cars, which extended past their spaces in every direction. The fluorescent light over my sink did not turn on, and the one by the bed had a broken piece of wood sticking out!

Location. Staff was nice

The place was dirty. Although the cost is reasonable that does not say customers want substandard facilities. It smelled. There was mold. That simple chalking can take care of. The towels were dirty. There was old soap from previous tenant on bath tub. I've taken pictures of the stained towels. None of the towels looked clean. Is there weren't stains then it was dingy. The owner should be embarrassed. Although the sheets looked clean we were still uncomfortable because of how bad ever piece of linen looked. Not one staff member would have any of the linen in their own Holmes.

There was absolutely nothing to like!! It was beyond gross!!

We did not stay because it was so disgusting! Bathroom gross. Bed looked like somebody had just been lying in it. Pillows had a black flakey stuff on them! Towels on rack had been used. Absolutely horrible!!! And we were denied refund!

Overall fine, just wash up in sink.

No breakfast, location fine near jitney stop.

Tub could have been cleaned.Cleaner sheets and blankets.

This place was disgusting

The locations is good

The motel was absolutely disgusting the bathroom was moldy, the rooms smell like cigarettes even g tho the front doors says no smoking. The comforter had burnt cigarette marks on them. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. That place is petree dish of germ.

Don't stay in this place

Disappointing

the bed is comfortable.

The place is dirty. There is a chair in the room that is literally covered in dirt. the carpet is dirty, and smelly.

well the fridge raider wasn’t working the water was acting up and the bathroom window were kind of broken

I truly enjoyed my stay ,I extended my time.

Never had breakfast

Bathroom was so dirty. Electrical outlets sparked. An extension cord ran to a light. Duct tape on light. Duct tape holding up towel rack. Smoke detector had battery almost falling out. Had to wait for person to show up to check in. Towels had holes in them. Towels had stains all over them. Refrigerator had rust spots and sirty on the inside. Bathroom door would not close correctly. It looked like someone kicked it in.

Too pricey, for what I got

I like that when a problem came about the room they automatically changed me to another one

Upon arriving, I had checked out the room to make sure everything was good, and together in another person’s belongings were still left in the room in the closet in trash bags

I would stay again.

The location was perfect. The staff was perfect. The suite was VERY nice.

The room/ hot tub could've been a little cleaner. I think the value/price was too much.

A good place to stay.

There’s no breakfast at the hotel although it showed that breakfast is included when booking. The location is very good which is very close to the boardwalk and the beach.
