The staff were kind and friendly. The bathroom was clean and room neat. But everything looked old and run down.

The place smelled like weed, the elevators were old and slow, the carpet in the rooms were nasty and run down, whole inn was run down and needed to be remodeled. Had to pay separate for parking, most hotels have free parking included.

Disappointing

I like that everything was close we could not enjoy the room or eat it was pretty dirty

The service was horrible, check In was supposed to be at 3 pm they keep changing the time to 330 then 345 then 4 pm room was dirty the neighbor's room almost kill each other there was a fight outside my brother's room in 260 my brother room was worse then our we couldn't sleep there was just 2 towel it was the worse place that I ever stayed.

Very good

Location was great. Balcony room was perfect

Paid $25 extra per night to park. There is a beach bar that has very loud music til 4 am every night that’s directly between the hotel and ocean so you never hear the waves crashing. Can’t really hear it with door shut but got old quick.

I love that it was close to beach boardwalk etc... the bed was comfortable I slept good ..

My sheets and comforter had holes in it and sheets had dirty marks on it I feel they need new sheets n comforters good thing I bought my own

Parking at the property was expensive. They should at least give free parking for the first guest 🚗

Location was great.

I saw a cockroach 🙁🙁as a open the refrigerator that was not a good start for my vacation..

Exceptional

WE STAYED IN R00M 263 IT WAS VERY CLEAN HAD NO COPMPLAINTS THE STAFF WAS VEY NICE AS WELL AND HAD PARKING AT THE HOTEL WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT BUT IT WASN'T BAD.

WISH WE COULD HAVE A ROOM WITH A BETTER VIEW OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

I didn’t know I am allowed to take pictures to show , there will be no next time

I didn’t like the fact that when I asked questions the staff didn’t answer nicely I felt weird, and I just didn’t ask for assistance anymore,,?? I booked a room with breakfast and there was no breakfast because the place is under construction?? where is my money going?? the room was dusty, and the bathroom I sat men’s hair

the location is very misleading to find, I kept asking to find it

It was late at night he couldn't find my online booking. Bàsically it as just ok. The elevator was broke. Stairs were nasty and climbing them with luggage. Was brutal but it was a place to just chill.l

Great location

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I also liked that our room had a balcony and we were right on the boardwalk.

The bathroom was really small. The tv was super small and the rooms could use an upgrade. Parking was $20 a day

I like that it sits on the boardwalk right next door to Tropicana. Rooms are always clean. Great staff. Love the Balcony.

Overall pleasant stay

Nice location actually a little hidden gem right on the Broad walk ,clean and friendly staff. I traveled for a weekend getaway and I will be back

All that was really missing was some breakfast options or even a self serve kitchen other than that I was good.

Convenient location

Neighbors extremely noisy, obnoxious, and rude. Staff was unable to assist in providing assistance with the rude guests. Therefore we didn't get any sleep, and finally left at 5am to go home with no sleep. Wish we had never stayed.

I did not the greeting we received then my granddaughter who is 6 years old had to use the bathroom, their downstairs bathroom was non accessible as well as the kitchen. The smell that emanated from the entrance was mold. There was no cart to put your luggage on. So we had to lug up luggage for 5 people for the weekend. We got into the first room it smelled like smoke and mold and the walls were all drawn up and the green carpet was filthy. The bathroom was so small a medium size person couldnt even turn around it in and forget two people brushing their teeth. The TV is the size of a computer screen. There were 4 chairs in the room, and they couldnt even give us a cost for free. The charged $20 per night and the cot was so old and the cover looked like it was the after sales from the "willowbrook nursing facility" then to look out the window I saw everyone's finger prints from the last stay. And the balcony felt like if 4 people sat on it, it would collapse. The house phone did not work and the clock was cracked. In the second room the only difference was no smell and no writing on the wall.
