Suite was top notch!! I’ve rented a whole house for a family vacation last year and can’t compare to this suite!!!

I love the location and the rooms use to be very nice.

It was entirely too noisey for me, there was a family acroos the hall from me who had rented two rooms and apparently were fighting and slaming doors through out the night, so I did'nt get much sleep. It was terrible , I usally don't have that problem but this was horrible.

It was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

furniture in the room was broken, there hardly any hot water, the shower would not engage, and the buildings were in need of exterior repair

Not a damn thing was loud noise crapoy the employes ducked they hated there job .

Um meaning zero nada not a thing an nothing .

The bathroom was a little uncomfortable with the rust stains and such.

Our suite was clean as was the lobby. My group didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but I did stop by the front desk as the breakfast was ending and the dining area was clean and neat. Check-in and check-out were simple. Location was within walking distance for dining options.

The suite seemed dark. There just enough lighting for the unit. I think it was noticeable in the bathroom (especially when I showered) and in the bedroom. My boyfriend tried to use the phone in the bedroom to make a call to the front desk and there was no dial tone. I had the same issue with the other phone in the unit. I went to the front desk to place a request, which wasn't a huge issue; I was more confused about why the phones weren't working than anything. I've stayed at other Homewood Suites and liked them so I was a little disappointed when I came here (my first pick was the downtown location, but this location made more sense for my plans.) It wasn't a bad stay, but I was a little disappointed. I haven't written off Homewood Suites all together; I just wouldn't come back to this location.

Thought we were getting one queen bed room, it was a smaller bed in a wheel chair access room, definitely disappointed compared to room we got there previously. Didn’t sleep well.

it was convenient to restaurants near by.

The first room we were given was not good. the bathroom for starters was filthy. There was hard water stains on the tub and furnishing also wallpaper is starting to peel from the wall. The refrigerator was placed in opening from the wall side making it very awkward to maneuver around the table to open the door. I spoke to the manager and was given another room, it was cleaner but it still had disturbing things left in the room. The micro wave had dirty dishes in it. There was a water spot on the ceiling and the sprinklers was covered in a black substance that looked like mold. I have never experienced anything like this at Homewood suites before. It was very disappointing.

The room was very homey feeling and plenty of room for my son and I. Was a short stay but love that there was a pool a basketball court and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
