It was warm and in a great location.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the shower floor was just concrete.

The pods are well designed. With lights at the head and entrance of the pods. Plug ins near an area which is lockable with a slot to pass cords through. Two hangers inside as well. Also included was a small fan which was great.
A towel bar inside the pod would be a good add. The music gets loud on the weekends, in my case Saturday night, at the bar inside this hostel.

Location for cost was great. Also the view on a clear day was amazing, not from the room but from outside the room.
Staff seemed to be bothered by being asked questions. Not very hospitable as a first impression.

I liked the spacious common areas, I liked the private full bathroom in our family room, I liked the covered patio lounge, I liked the location
I didn't like the long staircase up to my room, I didn't like the loud drunks outside my room halfway through the night. There wasn't anything else I didn't like

I came with my son. We had a private room. It was clean, near everything you need (food etc.). The staff and the owners were extremely knowledgeable about the area and very kind. I have stayed at countless hostels but this would be counted as one of the best I have ever stayed at!

The family room was great with the bunk beds and private bathroom. Plenty of storage and comfortable beds.
The basement had lots of space to play games, cook, eat, and relax. There were books, puzzles, and games to borrow (free of charge).
There could have been more towels in the bathroom, and maybe a hair dryer.

It's a very basic room that has everything you need, and the staff were wonderful

No air conditioning. Room temperature was 27 C degrees when we opened the door in late August. Bathroom fan is not working, make the bathroom like a steam room. For 4 guests, only 2 towels were in the room (glad we brought our own towels ) There’s a bar downstairs and people sang till 11:49pm, but request guest to tiptoe at 11pm, what a joke! There is no cups in the washroom as well as no toiletries provided-only hand soap in the washroom! When lights are off, all power are off, which means floor fan cannot be used- so we need to keep the light on to use the fan at night!! After a couple hours with fan, the room temperature went up 2 degrees to 29 C and no one can sleep. Finally we have to open the door to let flesh air in….This is the most terrible experience that I ever have in my life….will never go back and will never recommend to anyone.
