Loved this place and would love to return again.

Great location. Nicely groomed gardens. Front desk staff were very nice and professional.

3 issues: 1. Garden maintenance staff running gas-powered blowers and mowers. The noise is ridiculous. Try some battery-powered blowers and mowers? 2. Not very ‘resort-like’. For example, would have been nice to have some service around the pool. 3. There’s a problem at the Starbucks. The morning barista is substituting beverages using a ruse that the espresso machine isn’t working. She then goes in the back room and uses brewed coffee as a substitute for espresso. She’s cheating your guests. I know this -I owned a coffee chain so I know the tricks.

This was such an amazing weekend away; just what I needed.

The staff was incredible and the entire facility was amazing! They provided just what I needed for a relaxing weekend away!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The staff was rude. Our sleep was interrupted by security stating that we had a complaint for noise however we were sleep. This happened an additional time the same evening. This was completely unacceptable. I stated my complaint with the frondesk and nothing was done. I asked for towels from housekeeping and they never brought them. Outside of the shuttle driver and his great customer service (Colen) it was not a good stay and I won’t be returning.

Villa was perfect for wedding weekend!

Spacious villa loved having kitchen and nice patio. Staff was responsive and friendly. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. We greatly appreciated acknowledging our wedding!

Villa was outdated decor wise compared to website pics.

Very helpful checkin in staff, although there had been an error at charge I was assured the correction would be made . I

The location was perfect, enjoyed the voews from my room. Although I didn't get to go down to the pool , it was screaming relaxation!!

No toilet paper , I was in town from Texas. I've traveled to multiple states and stayed at mant diffrent hotels I didn't know having toilet paper was considered an add on or an amenitie ! Not too big of a deal , just found it odd!

The bartender outside was amazing. I did not get his name wish I had. He has great customer service. Would talked with you, but also paid attention to everybody. The room was big and the bed was comfy.

Would not stay at this particular location again.

Location was good, staff was very friendly, pool area was lovely with great service.

We stayed in the Villas which are in need of update. Bed creaked and sagged in the middle of mattress (significantly). Furnishings were outdated and uncomfortable. Location was not convenient, having to drive to the pool.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross mit Fenster zum Parkplatz. Sehr gutes Bett, Pflegeprodukte toll. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut und die Dame die für Kaffee und sonstiges zuständig ist: Marianne macht einen hervorragenden Job! Sehr nett und aufmerksam! Schöner Pool.

Der Lift war relativ weit von den Zimmern entfernt! An der Reception wurde kein Plan gegeben, aber da das Hotel doch recht gross ist….war es eine Sucherei🥵Die Reservation war nicht auffindbar…. Erst nach längerem Suchen wurde sie dann doch noch gefunden, leider waren die 2 gebuchten Zimmer recht weit voneinander entfernt!

I forgot a pair of sunglasses that had a lot of sentimental value to me in the room, and when I called to ask about them, they said there was nothing. They stole my glasses, because I'm pretty sure it was there.

It was fun but the villa was not worth the price.

The size of the villa.

The floor was extremely dirty; our feet were black. The tile was broken and our kids could have cut their feet on it. There was no hot water in the kitchen or bar. The beds were so worn out we could feel the metal bars. And lastly the shower heads shot water everywhere.

Not worth the price, understaffed, bad service

Location is good but will never book this hotel again terrible service

it is understaffed, if you call them in any service they put you on hold because they are attending somebody else. It is not worth the price, it does not even include cleaning your room and if you don´t request it you don´t even have a clean room. the internet did not work so not even for keeping up with work was a good option. I think because of all the events they do not pay attention on giving a good service, I visited other hotels and the difference was amazing. You definitely can find a better quality hotel.

The ample free parking is great as well as a complimentary driver who will take you anywhere within a 3mile radius of hotel. This hotel is geared towards catering to business travellers & specifically hosting conferences. The facilities are beautiful & well kept

The gym is very basic & spa was not open. The location is not that great as it is in the middle of no where’s with nothing really around it.
