An Oasis in the Desert

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected. Everything looked clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a variety of options. Overall it was a great experience.

Part of the floor in our room was wet owing to a recent storm. The handle and gate for the pool were quite hot from sunlight and outdoor temperature.

The 2bedroom suite was perfect for our family. A/C worked great, comfortable beds and good size kitchen.

the room my daughter had it was supposed to be able to sleep 4. the pull out sofa only was able to sleep 1. the other child had to sleep with her parents.

Overall it was average. Kind of expected better.

Not great. Needed to change type of food at least weekly.

Seemed like things weren't always cleaned very well in our suite. The wifi was terrible. Not enough choice for TV channels.

Better than expected.

Location was in walking distance to Trader Joe's and multiple types of restaurants. Pool was great! Staff was excellent! Breakfast was typical serve yourself premade foods.

Coffee was disappointing. Our room was on the ground floor across from housekeeping. All day there was a constant stream of staff in and out pushing carts along the sidewalk. It was my only complaint about the room.

The location is ideal and the room is clean however,deco could use an update.

Location was great!

The rooms are decorated circa 1970’s - 1980’s. The carpet could have used a good clean, ie shampooing. Despite the outdated decor other then the look of the carpet the room was very clean .

Excellent choice - We'd stay again unless they Starr charging for parking

The location is wonderful! Very convenient to food, shopping and anything you would need was within walking distance or a very short ride. Excellent accomodations - clean, spacious with a great kitchen & amenities! Staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking. We would stay again.

Upon check-in, I was advised that there is a fee for parking. I questioned since this was not noted when booking. They agreed to waive the fee wirhout issue. The free breakfast was terrible. The hot options was microwave prepackaged foods which was disappointing. However, food is nearby even across the street so not a big deal. Despite these few things, it's a great place to stay. I hope they decide against parking charges, that would change the choice of staying here again for us.

property is showing its older age, room was just OK nothing special, had a couple of bug guests in the bathroom, had to repair loose towel rack…

The beds are way too soft, the room was old. The “breakfast” was a joke. The staff was amazing!! only redeeming thing about this hotel
