It was ok.

Outside surroundings, well lit up , good parking Bed was comfortable.

Room was dusty and found a lot of long black hair on floor. Floor was definitely not clean. furniture in reception area torn; Not clean; air filter for air conditioning in room was totally caked up with dust etc. had to be cleaned.

Towels were dirty. Bed sheets were not changed. It looks like they left the same sheets from previous guest. Toilet was dirty. Sink dint have running water. Cigaret smell was too strong.

Was ok close to where we needed to be fine for a few nights

Room was ok, the TV had ver few channels maybe 10 and they were sporadic and not kid friendly at all. The room meet basic needs we muddled through the 2 days alright.

Walls were very thin. TV had almost no channels especially kid. Very bare bones had fly in our room not sure if they were there before we gor there or sunk in when we opened door but we only had door open to go in and out and they saw 3 within the first 5 mins in the room.

We got what we expected based on the price. Staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect for trip destinations. Close to what we needed.

Room was fair but bathroom was not clean. Tub has visible damage and uncleanliness. No soap in the room at all. Just a small shampoo. Oder in elevator and breezeways.

Nothing. The picture compared to where the hotel is is totally different.

When I arrived to the hotel the way to check in was in this little window and walking up to the door it smelled like urine. Once checked in I was placed on the 3rd floor. I asked to live to the first floor due to me having many bags and children I was told there was elevator. Once I was moved to the first floor when walking in it seemed like the room was clean but the bed had black stains and the bathroom had brown spots on the toilet and the toilet seat was loose. The bed smelled like old water. The refrigerator did not work and I had to get a cooler to keep our things cold. When my children tried to watch TV the channels were locked and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. They kept saying they would have maintenance come and maintenance never arrived. I was booked for two nights and only stayed one i was so disgusted with this place. I wish I could have received a refund for the night I didn’t stay

Could be better.

I didn’t like almost anything. It says renovated but seems to have gone downhill. It was ok, for the night which is all I needed it for. The room was clean enough. Pets allowed which is great if traveling with fur babies, but no one cleans up after them, dog poo all in the grass if you need to walk your pet.

Almost Everything. Lady at the desk said there was a $100 charge because I booked through a 3rd party. Apparently it says it on the website, I didn’t see it. Nor would I have looked if she hadn’t said something, since I didn’t book on the website. Guess you are just supposed to know it’s there??? Bathtub was old and gross, where was the renovation for that? Bugs in the bathroom. Loud all night long with big groups of people outside. The room was ok for the night, but for the price I paid, plus and extra $100? Not worth it, spend the money and go elsewhere.

Not a good stay because of the tub. That was a big deal for us!

The bath tub in room 208 is rusty and a puddle of water stayed in the tub. I did not go back or call the office it was late when we checked in and by the looks the hotel was fully occupied.

terrible..

was near to Sesame place

room smells, hallways smell like pee, toilet was clogged, tub was also clogged and poop was inside. no elevator for 3 floor.

It was ok for one night.

It was fine but the property states its no smoking and our room smelled like cigarette smoke and a lot of it. The property its self was ok not terrible not great but fine.

I am so disappointed with this hotel for trying to scam us.

I saved money by staying at the hotel they sent us to, but only after investigating and demanding the lower price.

They confirmed my stay when I booked months ago. they confirmed again the day we were supposed to arrive. they called us at 4:45 to tell us they were overbooked and rebooked us a room at another RRI nearby (Trevose). it was 13 minutes farther away from sesame place. They told us they would “honor” our booking price. but I looked online and this hotel should have been cheaper. I told the manager that. At first they tried to say that I had it wrong. but then they changed the price for me to over $100 less for 2 rooms. I think this is a scam where the same person owns both RRI’s and is purposely overbooking the one near SP and then sending people to the lesser used hotel and overcharging them. The one they sent us to us a welfare hotel. people live there. Some have cameras in their windows. At least one room had a padlock on the outside so the tenant can lock up their room securely when they leave. on top of that, my daughter and SIL’s room had a message written on the mirror that said “Kill ‘em all” and initials. They said it’s a song quote, but it’s unnerving and obviously the room wasn’t cleaned or it wouldn’t have been there. My daughter removed the message with makeup remover. There was just so much wrong with this stay. and I am usually someone who tries to find positive things to say in reviews.

for 4 people staying 2 nights, they left one shampoo. The second day no one came to clean the room. This place is probably hosting homeless people - and I never felt so uncomfortable at the check-in. On the second day, even the police came to one of the rooms next to us.

i wouldn’t recommend my family mount here.

the shower hit just right, and the location was great, and the one lady at the front was very helpful. I was able to plug in my Xbox to the tv.

the bedsheets were stained. The light above the sink and the lights above the bed didn’t turn on. And the lights that did work weren’t bright enough. they only gave us two towels for two people, one for each. the lamp next to the tv was disgusting like it has never been cleaned ever. it was just disgusting!

very run down. was unable to get into room due to “frozen” lock so couldnt even get our belongings. gave us another room while we waited for maintenance to arrive. its been several hours with no results. front desk staff very concerned but wasnt really in position to get any problem resolved.

the bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress felt like it is a old spring mattress with sunken areas. multiple pieces of the wall’s were taped back on. the overall room felt dirty and stained.
