Pretty good, needs more attentive housekeepers

Very soft bedding, front desk workers were very pleasant.

Housekeeping was the worst.. after repeatedly asking for fresh towels, it never happened.

I love the location of the property. It is close to all attractions and in walking distance to the party central.

I didnt like that the room was not cleaned when i requested for service.

Never booking here

The staffed knocked 3x daily from 0900-3 pm. Housekeeping, cleaning crew, and they brought towels lasts! 3x of knocking didn’t get to sleep even during checkout someone knocked at 9 to asked if we were checking out!! Horrible

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Location, friendly & helpful staff. I noticed security was very attentive & that's ALWAYS A PLUS!!! This was my first stay at this location & I'll return for sure. This hotel has a lot of amenities. It's in close proximity to everything and I the parking was very secure.

No hot tub...please add a hot tub (LOL)

Stay somewhere else

It was clean..however staff wasn’t welcoming and I called asking for early check-in they do not accommodate and over charge us $275+ and deposit.

Drunks and thin walls heard sex all night from next room over... :/

A basic, decent and affordable hotel

The hotel was fine and a good deal. Far from the best I’ve ever stayed at and far from the worst. If you’re looking for a decent, affordable option without any bells and whistles, this place isn’t terrible. The staff is nice, but service is slow. Breakfast is pretty good. It’s not the best location depending on where you're going, but it’s close to the trolly and a bike share location. I’d recommend the hotel if you’re not picky.

Service was slow, such as when we requested extra towels or a luggage cart to our room.

Good location between convention center and Bourbon Street.

Room was comfortable and so was the hotel, bar and restaurant. I would stay there again.

The only down side was the TV reception was not working 100%. Was told they switched services, so no on screen guide, had to flip through channels. And sometimes, no signal. In fact, I had to change rooms because the TV kept indicating no signal.

The elevators were nasty.. maybe should have a cleaning crew on duty at night because they were still dirty the next morning ( trash on the floor, liquid spilled that never got mopped up)

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!! Sarah Stuckey Charlene Eboni Darrell Leon server Steven Amy Max AND EVERYONE ELSE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL!! The restaurant had delicious food and good prices and portions!! STEVEN EVEN SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! BEAUTIFUL VOICE! LEON in the restaurant was A SWEETHEART AND EBONI ALSO! SARAH STUCKEY WAS VERY NICE AND WELCOMING! Charlene at the front desk is a SWEETHEART!! Pool area was clean and well kept!

Parking was too expensive. Breakfast server (Hispanic) was rude because we said we had vouchers. Not helpful in answering questions or fulfilling our requests.

The staff was awesome!! We were just getting off a cruise so we were there way before check in and they still got us in a room pretty fast!! Also the room was amazing and clean and the shower was phenomenal!!! I will be staying there anytime I am in town!! Last thing that stole the show was the food!! Some of the best I have had!!!! Chefs kiss!
