Not worthy of the price.

Location

Are called suites but room was barely bigger than normal hotel room and had no couch. They charge $58 to have a pet which is outrageous!! We will never stay in a Candlewood Suites again.

Clean! Comfy beds! Great staff!

This hotel went above and beyond to help us after a horrible experience with a different hotel! The location was great! Super easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

Probably will not stay here any more

Location is fine. But we have been staying at this exact hotel many times when visiting family and the place is slowly going down hill but the prices are going up. We used to stay for $89.00/night. Everything was in excellent condition and so very clean. Last couple of times, not as clean. I stuck to the floors in our room. A hole in the wall in the bathroom, the bed is too hard.

We requested the first floor because I hate elevators didn't get that even though we have stayed there multiple times in the last 2 years. The hallways were hot and the room was damp and muggy.

The room smelled like pot multiple times. We complained multiple times without any response. The exterior door lock was broken so anyone could get in. Bathroom facilities were jankity. The stairwells wreaked of nasty trash and or something worse.

Everything is good. Washer and dryer is a plus. I really recommend it.

The kitchen sink and bathroom sink are clogs.

A wonderful and restful night that felt like we were right at home!

The property was just perfect. Location was wonderful, staff was super friendly and helpful, room was good sized, and we had no complaints.

There was nothing to not like!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in the room. The room was extremely clean. I contacted the hotel pri

room was clean and comfortable. majority of the stay was quiet.

The pullout couch is meant for small children so mattress was a bit uncomfortable for a teen. the key card didn’t work in the side door was deactivated the day before checkout so that was a tad bit annoying.

room size and fridge with ice maker. beds were comfortable

Didn’t have hand held shower. heat was set on 75 when we arrived so room was hot. We never set our heat higher than 68. No breakfast offered.

Perfect place to stay and feel comfortable!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had multiple amenities that made it feel as if you were home. Was able to wash my clothes and get a workout at the same time which was a bonus for me! Will be staying here again in the future.

Everything was great and the room was very comfortable.

My only complaint was that the A/C didn't work very well at night which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep and there was no Ice machine

it was very clean and nice. the staff were all super friendly and helpful. the items in the pantry weee all reasonably priced. I also really liked the sharing closet where they have small kitchen appliances, games, and movies that you can borrow during your stay

I will return to this hotel in the future

This was my first time in a Candlewood Suites Hotel. I found the concept to be very good! Being able to cook for myself instead of live in restaurants all the time was terrific. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

Air conditioner was loud, but it was addressed as much as possible.

We had a quick over night due to late and early baseball games. Your facility was perfect for our needs!

the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism of the Front desk team members!

We are extremely allergic to dogs.. was not happy they are roomed on first floor , we encounter dog dander when we are on the first floor.

Perfect Midwestern Hospitality

They had all the amenities you could possibly need. They had it all. Games, movies, appliances, ice scrapers, you name it. Walking distance to Target and plenty of restaurants so you can have a beer after a long day of driving and walk back to the hotel. A1 accommodations.
