The staff were super polite, helpful and friendly. It was a very nice spread of breakfast, and the pool was great.
Th AC in the room was horrible! We were in room 422, it was blaring cold but we could not adjust it, you can't see the temp on the display so we didn't even know what the temp was, nor could you adjust or use the power button. Therefore our only option was artic cold or warm and stuffy- so I would rotate unplugging and plugging. Due to this issue, I did not sleep well.

The breakfast could have been better planed. I personally like gravy on the menu. and both mornings there were no forks.

Evening staff were very nice. Room had full size appliances and fully stocked with paper products. Lots of time to get breakfast in the morning (breakfast is from 6am-10am). Clean.
The biggest thing was their omelets! Some of us do NOT eat pork products and they didn't have ANYTHING labeled. I ended up getting omelets with bits of ham in them! They also serve the vegetarian omelets next to the ones with the ham!
Beds were hard and need updated. They gave us a room next to the elevator which gets a lot of foot traffic and noise. Walls are thin and you could hear what's going on in the room next door and hear the elevator everytime it rings. I think the price is a little high for this kind of room.
