The property was nice. The room was horrible and the staff were dismissive and unhelpful

There was no breakfast at this resort

The room was dirty with absolutely no view of any kind. The pictures and descriptions of the room on Booking.com were totally inaccurate and unacceptable

For the price they need to do better.

The beach and pool are very nice

The blinds were broken or missing. The shower didnt function properly. The gardenview room was really a view of weeds and overgrowth.

It was nice just didn’t feel clean.

Room had some garbage still in it when we arrived. Wrappers from food was left on table, dental sticks on floor of bathroom.

we never came to stay. the management was extremely rude. I had booked this trip in august within a 30 day window. my daughter broke her leg and the management requested a doctors note which i promptly provided. they would not refund me instead only gave me a few months to push out the stay. I have 3 kids in school who play sports on the weekend so we were never able to go back. I had to pay close to $600 NOT to stay at the hotel. I would NEVER book this. Booking.com also was not able to help in any way. bad way to run a business.

Nice place for a beach getaway

Nice environment & well-equipped house Well-located (next to the beach, 5min walk to bars & restaurants, 10 min to supermarkets)

Check-in via mail, so no ID Check or whatsoever. I'm not used to this so felt a bit uncomfortable. Anyone could access the facilities as no barriers and no fence to fence in the property.

By the beach but dirty.

Location, location, location. And it was nice that the pool was still open and heated in September. Pool staff was also welcoming & friendly.

Room furniture and bedding was in really poor condition. One chair had mold in the cushion and it was the most comfortable chair in the condo. Just very expensive for the quality of the unit.

Perfect way to say goodbye to summer

The duplex was spotless and comfy. The beach and pool were well maintained and beautiful. The staff was outstanding. Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time!

Overall me and my family truly enjoy the surf club

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment and pool area

I was very disappointed with the location of our “garden view” in unit 5. There was only overgrown, unkept shrubs. Nothing appealing to the eye like flower beds and decorative plantings that would support being advertised as a garden view accommodation

Beautiful place to stay with family if your going to Montauk. We had a blast.

There was no breakfast on site but we walked to have breakfast. Wonderful place to stay in Montauk.

Great stay, kind of overpriced though

Great proximity to beach and beautiful swimming pool. Our apartment had an amazing view of the ocean, and we saw deer and bunnies from our patio.

Bathroom was a bit run down (faulty shower head and faucet for tub).

A little disappointing. We have stayed at the Surf Club on several occasions in the past

Shower did not work. Had to move to another room

Most of the rooms are condos. Feel like I’m staying at someone’s home and not a resort. When I travel on vacation I’d rather stay in a resort like atmosphere. Beach staff were not friendly and wouldn’t acknowledge our reservation
