I liked the location. Power did go out during my stay for a day. It was quiet and comfortable and the people were nice. Easy access to convenance stores.

It would have been a nice stay but I paid for a month and the hotel kept all monies and would not refund the two weeks that I couldn't stay. I went to the hotel to heal up from a total left hip replacement. The home health nurse released me in two weeks. I asked for a refund because I needed to go back home. I am on disability and the money they kept was the rest of my rent. Now I am behind in rent and I cannot get help to pay it through community action of OKC. I have no food or money for transportation. I would like compensation.

Manager charged me a $100 security deposit assured me that it would be refunded upon my departure and I have checked my account now this early morning and have found that I'm still being charged the security deposit without any refund.

Couldn't walk in to office had to do business through glass window. No coffee . Gave m e ice through a box in wall. Had to put 100$ hold on cc Until next day 11am charge for useing cc.

Nothing

Everything about the was run nothing like the pictures. Tenants slamming doors all night long every hour. Has bunch of vagabonds living in the hotel with no jobs

The price was great per the pictures on the website.

When I arrived the outside looked pretty decent. When I walked to the room, I couldn't help but notice the stairs had hideos trip hazards with big chunks broken of the noses of the treads. When I walked into the room it was all I could do to not walk out and just leave. It was late, I was tired and I wanted to cath the end of the footballgame. But even then I had to have the front desk come to the room to fix the wiring on the TV cause it did not work. He was great and came right up and fixed it. Staff was great, but that room has not seen piant in 20 years and it hasnt seen new furnishing (except bed) in probably 30. The rooms felt so dang dirty, stains on the walls and the furniture. It was like a scene from a movie when they go into sketchy hotel. Let's just say I slept in my clothes cause I did not feel safe crawling into what looked liek clean bedding, but against that backdrop, no way in hell. I was honestly worried about getting bugs. It just felt that nasty dirty and shame on the website to show you fancy rooms from another hotels cause I can dang well guarantee if the actual room pics came from that room I was in, you would never have another guest. I feel bad rating this so harshly, but I want others to know, spend the extra money and go elsewhere if you can.

I wasn't outdide

Man the owner stalks guest switches cars to monitor property don't have family or anything visit you they will be interrogated. Also over a month and still has not returned my deposit that the website didn't mention.

Bed was comfortable

Unable reach motel by phone. Barebones room. The room cleaning or fresh towels during stay.

Can’t say we liked anything

Torn bedspread, tv didn’t work, sink tap was hard to shut off the majority of the time, shower was so sketchy that after a 10 hour drive we didn’t want to use it. Rooms did not look like the pictures.
