I liked the staff and the beds we're comfortable. The location was nice, and the lobby was updated.
I didn't like that the rooms were a little dated. We couldn't even get into our closet because the door didn't want to open. Also, the pillows were flat. It's not bad for what you paid for, but it still could be better.

It was clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Spacious and comfortable.
I wanted to get in the pool, but it looked like the water needed to be changed or something. Looked very foggy.

Bathroom door could only open part way because of a stop that was needed because of a curved shower curtain rod. Loose the curved rod and open the door. A handy cap person or one with limited mobility could be in real trouble.

comfort suites are what we stay in
the black out curtain was tore, so we had light coming in when we needed sleep
carpet was smelly room was stuffy even when ac was on. it turned us off. had to ask for Febreze

Staff was great! Breakfast was good, well maintained and nice variety. Room was clean and staff was very attentive to keeping it up throughout our stay.
Need a key card access at front door. Staff is busy and aren't always available for entry after hours. Its inconvenient to have to walk around the building for entry.
Offer a reasonable sized coffee cup for those of us who drink coffee, insulated would be nice as well. The two sip cups available really don't meet the need of a coffee drinker.

I liked everything about the property. A little pricey but it was worth the stay.
The only thing I did not like about my stay was the bar that is nearby the property. The noise was very disturbing and I could not sit back and relax because of the loud music and noise outside.

Friendly staff. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was GREAT! My omelette was delish & husband & kids loved the waffles & biscuits & gravy!
They were in the middle of some renovations when we arrived & it was kind of a dusty mess & difficult to get around the workers. They had most everything cleaned up by the next day when we were checking out.

This hotel was awesome. They filled every request immediately. Staff was very friendly and clean. Only thing we were dissatisfied with was the mattresses. They were a little overdue for an exchange. But other than that amazing. ThNk you. Great stay.
Mattresses definitely need to be exchanged.
