Front Desk Employees Very Pleasant

If you call coffee and muffins along with instant oatmeal breakfast. Was dissatisfied with what was advertised

If was filthy , and just basic cleaning was not done . All Counters and tables sticky and dirty The picture advertised must have been from the first opening , furniture was extremely old and ragged, floor very dirty Need to Fire housekeeping

awful experience. checked out two days early with no refund.

nothing. it smelled and was dirty. i checked out two days early with no refund. not happy

dirty, smelly, noisy, just all around gross. roaches were in the room as well. childrens feet were black from walking without socks in the room.

Stay the hell away from this one.

Didn't stay to eat

The fact that there were roaches everywhere and Yolanda on the night crew tried to insinuate that we brought them, was freaking hilarious. After requesting another room and seeing more bugs while packing, we made out departure at 3:00 a.m.

DON"T DO IT!!!!

The front desk staff were very friendly.

The hotel smelled horrific. The room was disgusting and not properly cleaned. The fridge had some sort of liquid left over on the bottom shelf and rust all on the doors. Had to request new bedding since ours had a horrible smell. I had to clean our room just to make it feel up to standard as well as buy air freshener plug ins and spray to make it smell decent. There were empty "pleasure" packets on the ground out in the parking lot. TV was all scratched up. People were smoking weed as well as cigarettes in the non smoking facility which traveled through to our room. The beds are stiff as a board and they only give you 3 pillows which were horrible as well. All kinds of people loitering in the parking lot late at night. The "security" guard is not very friendly and to be honest, quite rude. For a newer establishment, this was by far THE WORST place we have stayed. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere please! Highly disappointing.

Looked clean when walking in.

They have Bedbugs or red ants I stayed 10/29/2021-10/20/2021 and when I woke up I had alot of bite marks all over my body

Good

Nice staff and the new GM did her best to get us accommodated. The location is nice and its close to her family.

The beds were hard, and we asked for the second room to have 2 beds then the staff had to scramble to get the second room ready because they couldnt see the reservations till the day off. This is the second time we have stayed there and it happened both times. Other than that the stay was super.

The star reviews on booking is very generous. The place isn't up to its ratings.

The location was perfect for our family travels as it was close to them.

The check in process could have been better. We had a total of 3 rooms that when we called was told would be ready during check in time but wasn't. We were assigned rooms that were not ready and had to wait and shuffled around. Some of the rooms didn't have garbage buckets or working bathroom fan vent. The hallways on the higher level smelled like cannabis. The price is not worth the stay as really your just paying for the kitchen usage which we didn't use. Even if we were to use it there was no pots, pans, silverware. Booking reviews were very generous of the rating. This place isn't up to its rating at all. Will not be booking this hotel again.

It met my needs and was satisfactory

It was convenient as I went to work at St. John Hospitsl Detroit dailywhen I first arrived the hallway for my floor smelled heavily of smoke

When I first arrived the hallway of my floor smelled heavy with cigarette smoke. But not so bad the next day. The shower curtain did not even reach into the tub so I had to put all towels but one on floor. Also the windows in room are very hard to open. I like fresh air
