THE WORST STAY IVE EVER HAD .

Absolutely nothing .

I hated every bit of it . The worker that was supposed to be at the desk was sitting with a group of friends playing uno and drinking. I was thrown the paper to sign. & the room keys . The room I was first given was the the worst I’ve ever seen a hotel room.. door was wide open, the beds were not made, there was stains all over them . There was trash all over the floor and counters. The room smelled like piss and throw up . When I got put into a second room , the TV was broke , the dresser drawers were missing there was no phone in the room and the smell was horrific. The 3rd rooom I was placed in was a little better but had cut up furniture and the heat didn’t work. There was trash all on the outside of the walkways and stairways. Complete DUMP !

To be torn down and start from the ground up. We didn't stay the night we were afraid for our lives!! Prostitution, dtu dealings, dog fights and the list goes on and on. Doors weren't secure!!! Run for your life, they have the nerve to charge 127.00 for this DUMP. I want my money back!!!

we had a great visit seeing friends and family this was the perfect location.

fantastic location, easy check in and room was very clean.

the pillows and towels were not very comfortable. parking lot has a lot of potholes, be careful driving at night.

Very unhappy with accommodations and had to be moved from original room due to marijuana smell the room had a fresh smell of it and the second room smelled very musty almost like black mold and several other friends who stayed as well had bed bugs and unclean rooms. Front desk originally offered me an air freshener for the first room as if that would take care of the pot odor

The location was good. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. I didn’t have to pay an additional fee to have my pets with me

The room was nonsmoking but smelled like heavy smoke. The room was extremely warm. I had to keep turning on the air conditioner to cool the room down. The night manager accused my dogs of barking all day and all night when actually the barking was coming from the room next to me. There was no phone in the room so I walked around to the office to request clean towels. They told me to go back to my room get the towels I had and bring them to the office to get new towels. That’s ridiculous and not customer friendly.

You get what you pay for

The staff was nice during check in. Location was close to all the places we needed and wanted to go.

There were bugs. Lobby smelled like cleaning supplies and that was alright. Upon inspecting the room; there were tiny bugs in the toilet, in the bathtub, bathroom floor, in the mini fridge and around the sink area. After cleaning them and killing the visible ones there did not appear to return. Pillows were small and lumpy.

It was a cool turn around trip.

Gr8 short turn around trip

Check out. It was 5:30a the door was locked. The clerk never got out of his seat while what if tv. He assumed I wanted coffee and pointed to the coffee and cookies in the entry so I left. I thought that was rather rude.

Based on the ratings I expected a much more pleasant stay.

The staff was pleasant.

The A/C was loud and knobs were broke. could not adjust and had to unplug at night to sleep. The light above the sink took 20 minutes each time it is turned on so had no light to get ready. had peeling paint above the bed and holes in the wall. The desk lamp was extremely rusty.

the most aweful stay Ive ever had

everyday I got a call that I have to vacate the room they cant see my reservation. again at the end of my stay they told me I have outstanding balance I didnt pay for room for 4 nights. the staff disrupted my work hours and morhers sleep in the room to ask her to leave the room when confronted the rude front staff she was not apologetic and extremely disrespectful. followed me to my room banged on the door. people left their cars in the parking lot staff and neighbours disturbing my sleep banging on my door 11-12 pm to ask if the car is mine and it wasnt. i have never had such a bad experienced. i called booking.com for customer resolution the completely ignored me too. never going to use booking.com again
