Surprisingly, very nice motel.

Like the location. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was just okay. Would have liked fresh fruit and more variety of yogurt.

Breakfast could be better. More variety of fruit and yogurt.

It was ok

Breakfast was as described.Decent selection of sausage eggs, pancakes,toast, muffins, juices and coffee was good. A/C worked great! A little loud, but cooled great!

Bed was like sleeping on a box spring .. Without a mattress. Didn't sleep well at all 😭.All photos showed a desk with chair and an easy chair in the room. We did not get another chair..

I liked that it was available, affordable, and had breakfast.

No mention of the hotel being under construction, no elevator, room key’s didn’t work, no towels, and the crickets all over the bedroom. The front desk gal was AWESOME at check in, but that doesn’t compensate for the lack luster overall of the hotel.

Most of the room was recently remodeled, the hot tub was nice, the pancake maker it was nice but was empty a lot and slow.

We’ve stayed there before when I booked the room I made sure it was one of the ones with the pool view and the spa tub I took a picture of my online booking to verify. They did not give me the room that I called and asked about. I went to check in at 4:30 they gave me the keys to the room I go up there and the room was not made. My family had to wait in the lobby for another hour for it to be made. When I was checking in the host was like oh I think they got the TV fixed we’ve been having to give discounts because the TV don’t work. The TV did not work. When I finally talk to a manager about the situation he was very defensive he said if the rooms aren’t ready and we’re busy that’s just life. When check-in was supposed to be 3 o’clock. I showed him the picture of I was supposed to have a pool view and he said if you don’t like it you should’ve checked in and just left. Then I told him the TV didn’t work and he said I checked it the other day and it works, so I said will you come show me when I check out and he said yes. When I was checking out I seen him in the hall and he said I’m too busy and he was just standing there. The managers name was AJ. He said he will not give any discounts. When I told him I will talk to the booking company and credit card, he got very irate and defensive and said are you threatening me. Very poor customer service.He finally called back and said I checked the TV it might not work I’ll give you 10% off

The non smoking room smelled of tobacco smoke and Marijuana No secondary safety latch on the door Strike place missing from door jam door not very secure. Bathroom door door would not close and latch. Door bent.. Facility was run down and smelled

Good hot breakfast, nice indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Pet friendly with $25 upcharge. Lovely employees. Helpful manager.

Stay downstairs

Very clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Nice indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.

I was assigned a room with a non-working t.v. And phone. Had paid for a King bed and got a full. Was moved to a different room and that room's TV also didn't work. No elevators to go upstairs. Got a different room the next day downstairs and that room was excellent. The downstairs rooms are upgraded with strong wifi and the TV's and phones work well.

All in all I still felt that we got a "good return on investment!" We were comfortable.

The room and bed were spacious and clean. Toiletries and towels were fine. Reception staff was cheerful. The retro style refrigerator was a nice touch.

The coffee machine wastes too much plastic. There are other types that are better. By 8:15 there were no eggs left, and the coffee was undrinkable. The entrance to the room corridor is rather depressing, especially on the front side where the washing machines are located.

Nice place to stop for rest on the road with nice pool/hot tub to relax.

Pool facilities were nice. Hours of operations is reasonable. Could be open earlier.

it was close to the highway.

it was poorly kept, garbage outside was overflowing, furniture in rooms were old and dirty, no elevator. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was less than satisfactory. Place stunk of cannabis, and there were people hanging around outside half of the night. it didn’t feel safe at all.

The hotel get a recent upgrade. The room looks very good. Things are nee and room is very clean. They also have a indoor swimming pool which the water is heat to a perfect temperature. The front desk Mike is very friendly and helpfull. Five star for sure especially consider the price here.
