Not so clean; needs repair

The location and room was wonderful. It was a pleasant surprise that the washer and dryer were free to use.

I did not have breakfast during my stay, but I did find a place close by to purchase a meal. The stay at the hotel was very nice. I had some private time to study and prepare to take the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), which was scheduled a few days after my stay at the hotel. The location and staff were superb. The room and public spaces were clean as well I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone.

The room was a bit tight for two queen beds and three people, but the beds themselves were quite comfortable.

Lack of the proper number of plugs to make usable the coffee machine, micro and lamp. Had to plug and unplug, move the microwave- a pain in the ass. Chair in the room was a wreck with the vinyl peeling off. Reading light by bed was broken. Picture of outside hotel on website was either old or photoshopped from hell. Elevators are extremely slow. - However, it was centrally located. Would I stay there again? No. There are way too many other better places that are price competitive.

Rooms very comfortable, decent restaurant, elevators and gym nice, all was clean. Will make it our go to place to visit my son since he lives 2 blocks away.

It was very accessible to Manhattan by subway. 2 stations nearby. The room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Great night's sleep every night. The lobby was very inviting and a very nice place to sit and relax. Lots of good shops and places to eat near by.Shearon on check out was so informative and helpful. She was so kind to us.

The room is definitely too small for 3 if hanging out there but it was fine for what we required as we only needed it to sleep.

Good location. Comfortable beds

No soundproofing whatsoever. Could hear everything happening in other rooms. Staff would commandeer elevators and hold on floors so often hard to get on one. Staff should have separate elevator to guests. Coffee in rooms was weak.

- insonorisation nettement insuffisante : on est réveillé chaque nuit par les claquements des portes très lourdes - problème d’organisation pour la laverie : deux serviettes de bain seulement la première nuit; le lendemain, aucune serviette dans la salle de bains. Nous avons dû les réclamer à 4 reprises auprès du personnel qui n’avait pas l’air fort impliqué (serviettes demandées à 18h30, reçues à 21h30!). Idem le lendemain : nous avions un tapis de bain mais toujours pas de serviettes ! - problème d’ascenseurs : 2 ascenseurs seulement - climatisation hyper bruyante

The location was great for our needs. The front desk staff was wonderful- shout out to Shearon! She was super. Had a fix for a costume, cheered for us as we left for a glam wedding the next night. Valet was spot on. Restaurant was good! Corner room with nice view.

Our room was too tired! Peeling headboard and chair, restaurant needs a facelift. Small room, but as expected for a great rate.

La chambre était trop exigu pour quatre personnes adultes et un des 2 lits était trop petit en largeur. Tous les jours il fallait réclamer une grande serviette supplémentaire car il n'y en avait que trois. Le premier jour nous avions une chambre un peu mieux au niveau de l'espace et des lits mais nous avons demandés le changement car il y avait des mauvaises odeurs.

Cut my foot getting In the steam room the lady at the front tried to make me pay again and then said sorry I’m new like that’s an excuse when I could of been over charged

Not much . It is a bad neighborhood.But I like the valet parking service .

We had several problems with the room they gave us . My daughter’s foot got cut with two screws in the desk , the lamps did not work well , sheets were dirty , the door hand was a little broken , they give only wash and bath towels no hands towels.

I encountered a delay at check in, an hour and a half, the people at the counter explained that the room was not cleaned yet and that they ran out of sheets, towels and that was the cause of delay..

Not having to wait that long after a long trip.

The reception staff was so kind to look for the room which could be available before the check in time.

The sound proof wasn’t great at all. I could hear everything what happening at the corridor. My next door neighbor was blasting music till 3am and my 4yo had heard time sleeping. We even could hear the conversation clearly from the next door.

The washroom in the lobby could have been a bit more well maintained. The carpet in the rooms felt a bit sticky and damp. So had to have shoes on the whole time.

central place, easy to find and take walks from. staff was nice and room was reasonable

upon checkin, a $150 charge was put on my credit card as a safety deposit for the one-night stay at the hotel. The next day during checkout, i was told that my $150 deposit minus the $48 parking fee will be refunded to me by the hotel. that was almost seven (7!) weeks ago and i have still not seen the refund. attempts to reach the hotel about this were unsuccessful.

The restaurant downstairs was perfect, good food, decent prices and so convenient. The business lobby was a great place to relax before/after checkout. Very cute decor also. I felt safe at this hotel which is important. They hold your luggage if needed after checkout and they give you tags to assure no one takes the wrong bags which I loved. Microwave and fridge in room.

There is only one elevator for a 14 floor hotel so with that being said.. it took forever to get on and off of it. Also the elevator was extremely hot. The ice machine on our floor was broken which was inconvenient.
