Perfect location for my needs. Great nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were my sons favorite part.

Exceptional

THis facility never fails to amaze me. I absolutely love the owners, and all the staff are helpful as can be. The rooms are big, beds comfortable, everything works. I am a local who goes just to get away from my home life every month or so, and I always get the peace I am looking for. Highly recommend this if you ever find yourself needing to travel through our small town! I have stayed in every single type of room they have, the doubles are big, the kings are extremely large, and the jacuzzi suites are huge!

I WANT MY MONIES BACK

The roof was leaking buckets were sitting all along the hallway, they have been there for a long time. The jacuzzi by the pool is a health hazard due to the stench and the polluted water in it. The hair dryer didn't work had to pay extra for the breakfast which is usually free. I could smell marijuana all through the hallway. Which I'm allergic too. If I hadn't already paid and couldn't get my money back I would have left. I WANT TO REEMBURSED FOR THE MONIES FOR THAT ROOM HORRIABLE. COULD KEEP THE TV TO STAY ON

Plz check the paragraph above. I couldn't believe the conditions of the motel including not being clean even in the rooms

Exceptional! Upgraded to the King Suite for the same price!

I left before service began but was allowed to grab a bagel and banana at 3am... which was awesome.

Clean - affordable and sets up in the mountain tucked away is a wonderful stay !

Stilwell. It's a beautiful place. The regency inn and suites were awesome. Kind - considerate and understanding. Very clean room and brkfst was pretty good. The cost was cheaper than what was around in other towns. The owners are fabulous. Thank you Regency Inn and suites for a great stay everytime I'm in town. Here's to many more. Kudos.

Like how I had to pay another $20 on top of what I already paid for a second person to stay in a two bedroom you would think with it being a two bed it would be two people but I guess not

Nice facilities terrible owner

No breakfast. Cereal and that wasn’t even hot. Scared to ask for anything because the owner either. Wasn’t there or he was so rude you didn’t wanna talk to him.

Always check the closet ...

The location was perfect for what we were doing. The front desk clerk was very professional and polite. We were in town for a funeral and they allowed a late check out for us.

The light in the bathroom flickered so much it caused headaches! There was a giant water leak in the hallway ceiling when we returned from dinner. A previous guests socks and panties were left hanging in the closet 🤮

over it all it was ok. I just was disappointed with a few things.

the pool was nice

we had to be moved to a third room after the first one the fan/ac didn’t work, the second room had water all over the bathroom floor from the toilet. my kids looked forward to the hot tub which had mold and like moss stuff in it. was just gross. the beds were so hard. we weren’t looking for a fancy place just a decent place to lay our heads while we were in that town for a family funeral. we probably should of asked for a discount but I didn’t.

Very rude staff

I booked a two queen bed room. I was harassed by the staff for having 4 people in the room and demanded to pay extra for two minor children or the police would be called. No breakfast even though online it states free breakfast and posted on the sign outside.

Not happy

I had a place to sleep

Everything blankets tore up table tore up it was dirty and ceiling parts broke they need to take care of it better lobby full of stuff very dirty looking. Teller was rude tried charging me double. Very rude and half the doors didn't work or the cards didn't work on half of the doors the worse experience I have had.

It’s a roof over your head.

We wanted a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. We wanted to swim but the heated pool was cold. No extra towels in the pool area to use. Our room looked like it had been broken into from the window and the screen had not been fixed. Little scary.
