TV issues?!

Everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. I always stay here in the summer so my grandkids can use the pool so we wish it had an indoor pool as we would stay here year round.

Breakfast was cold and they don't have a lot of options to choose from. The other thing is because we stay here a lot, I remembered that I had been able to watch certain channels when I had stayed there before. Called front desk and she had no idea why I wasn't able to watch some of the channels. As luck would have it when we were getting ready to leave the housekeeper was cleaning the room across the hall so I asked what is up with tv, and come to find out not all rooms have the same TV. So many times before I had stayed in the room, she was cleaning, which had a much larger TV and had all of the channels that I was looking for. From now on, I will be requesting that room.

Easy to find. Nice friendly people. Pool looks amazing. Lots of parking.

Breakfast was good. We had breakfast 2 days. There was a variety to choose from. We were pleased with the selection that was offered. Coffee was great and we liked that there were different juice options to choose from. Thank you.

No hot tub

Comfy bed, nice recliner in room. Main reason I stayed there was for the hot tub and I didn't find out until first morning of my visit by another guest that the hot tub was out of order. The rooms are nice but I wanted a room that had two exits one at each end of room one to indoor hallway and the other opening into the courtyard like I had last time I was there a sit made it much easier to take my dog out and to step outside to smoke.

Simple

Nice warm breakfast.

Morning receptionist not friendly but check in at around 11pm was very friendly. Rooms weren’t that great but ok. Showers and floor in hotel room were dirty looking.

Not what I ordered,

The bed was comfortable.

ADA Compliance. Poor rampage to room. Suppose to be handicap accessible, but the threshold was so tall I had to jump my chair over it. The only handrail was 1 in the bathtub. Room was so small, some doors wouldn't close.

Great time

Joe was at the desk checking us in and he was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We asked about eating out and Joe told us about a close Mexican restaurant, El Charro, it was GREAT! Joe helped us figure out an easier route to take to get home also. Joe, he made us feel at ease and was awesome! Bed was comfy, the recliner in our room, well we want one in our house just like it! The lady that worked overnight had a wonderful breakfast cooked for guests! Will definitely stay again

Room was small for paying for an Premier King Suite. There were hairs all over bathroom sink, so it should have been cleaner for sure. The staff and comfort outweighed any negative

Everything was great, however the room was a little dirty not terrible, but cobwebs hanging from the lamp just tells me probably needs dusted.

Overall, a positive experience with one major drawback.

Sparkling clean. Great size room with comfortable recliner.

Bed (kind of important in a hotel) was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced.
