Excellent I will stay there again next time I am down there .

Room was great looked well kept and updated . Appliances looked new. Pool and hot tub area was very inviting and has three gas grills for use . Parking is FREE like it should be , many places in Fort Lauderdale want another$15- $30 dollars a day to park your car. also has pool towels and some beach chairs when available. Also many places to eat in walking distance. Beach just a short easy walk .

Very spacious, great location.

The place was very spacious and clean. Great location 5 mins walk to beach, mall and restaurants. Pool are was great.

Apartement is very big so for families recommending. Free parking. Pool area with jacuzzi very nice. Grills ready to use. Good company. Water with boats behind the hotel so nice atmosphere.

young lady at the front desk very rough. Asked her for a late check out and she said not possible at all but 10.30am should be ok. So 30min later than usual check out. I said to her she should put a note in her computer that everybody knows we stay 30min longer. Check out day at 10am she called me we should immediately check out. Thanks for nothing young lady. Please realize in hotel business you should treat people more friendly because they paying a lot of money.

La 304 qui était la notre sentait l’humidité , la déco était vintage et ne correspondait pas aux photos du site. Par curiosité on a regardé la 305 en partant , elle était mieux. Ce fut le seul bémol

pleasantly comfortable and value for money !

Location was close to beach, gardenia mall and las olas boulevard. the apartment was big and comfortable with balcony area and a well equipped kitchen. It was clean and pleasantly comfortable.

Checkout was a little earlier than other hotels in the area. But overall value for money.

Comfortable stay!

Very cosy apartment, the swimming pool was amazing , so warm and just perfect!

It can't be defined as a beach front hotel and the water in the bathrooms does not stay hot for long

Schimmel auf Matratze und Kakerlake für 200 Eur die Nacht.

Die Lage und an sich die Größe des Zimmers/Appartments war gut.

Komischer Geruch, Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer, sehr laute Geräusche von einer Heizung oder ähnlichem außerhalb. Wir hatten eine verschimmelte Matratze beim Schlafsofa weshalb wir zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen mussten. Ich bat um Auswechslungen und Entfernung der Kakerlake und habe auch gebeten bitte nochmal das Appartement zu reinigen oder zu wechseln weil wir uns unwohl fühlen durch oben genanntes. Letztendlich wurde nur die Matratze getauscht, aber es gab kein zusätzliches Bettzeug und die Kakerlake mussten wir auch selbst entfernen. Für über 200 Eur die Nacht sehr enttäuschend. We do not recommend this Hotel due to the fact that we had mold on the matress, cockroach in sleeping room, bad odur. They changed the matress but did NOT remove the cockroach and did not so additional cleaning as we asked for and did not leave any bedsheet for the sleeping sofa so that we had to sleep all the 3 of us in 1 Bed for 3 nights.

Dated but kept up well

Spacious apartment, comfy beds, close to the beach, clean, pool, laundry facilities in other building, (takes $2 in quarters for each machine), easy check in and out. Free parking.

Overall it was a great stay. It was quiet and clean.

The location for this property was very convenient. The staff was very nice. The unit was spacious and clean. It was definitely a great deal.

The lighting in the unit is terrible. It wasn’t bright enough and they use the old school light bulbs that looked a little yellow when lit. Also, the bathrooms were small.

Good

The location was good, little far to walk to the main beach and restaurants but it was fine. The pool area is great with gas grills to grill your own food. The bigger rooms are great with every amenity you’d need. Big TVs in every room was great. Hot tub was awesome.

The furniture inside the room is uncomfortable outdoor patio furniture. Pool area is small; not alot of chairs. Not a lot of value for the money, a bit pricey.

Great stay, near the beach!

Really good place with even a convenience store next door! Great parking. We had a condo with 2 bedrooms, they were nice and for our family of 4 it was more than enough. Next to the beach, literally 5 min walk

Not that I didn’t like it but some work needs to be done to make it perfect, like paint was falling apart when I tried to move curtains, door lock was not working properly, had to find the right angle but apart from that it was a nice stay

the property is dated . needs an upgrade. Unfortunately my rental car was damaged while parked in the parking lot. no fault of Coconut Bay, could have happened anywhere

it was really close of beach and that has parking. it made the experience easier. the room was big enough for 4 people. and have basic kitchen supplies for us to use. staff was friendly.

I saw some bugs on kitchen (cockroach) on a first night and had a toilet scent. but I was under the trash dump. problem was the location my room.

Good location near the beach and a beautiful park.Also 10 minute walk to Publix and large Mall which was very expensive.7/11 right next to hotel. Our room with kitchenette was spotless with a very large comfortable bed and all amenities.

Our room was right at the end of the property so no view out of windows so a bit dull.Small swimming pool area.
