Originally an architectural office has been transformed in 2011 into a modern, fully equipped home. Furniture and lighting designed in plain lines and manufactured by wood and iron, mix with natural fabrics creating warm and interesting spaces. The dining room and the living room with the fireplace open to plant filled terrace ideal for relaxing or dining. Enjoy the luxury, comfort and elegance while staying in our residence. The simplicity in the design of the flat and furniture mix with the warmth of the natural wood, the soft fabrics and the rough metal lightings to give the unique character of the apartment. Great space in a good location
The apartment was just as described in the listing and was perfect for our family of 3 during our short stay in Athens. Walking distance to all of the main sites and in a neighborhood with nice shops and a few restaurants. This was a great home base for us with a convenient grocery next door. Our host, Natasha was excellent and very responsive and gave great recommendations. She also arranged a car to take us to and from the airport!

Great apartment in convenient location
We really enjoyed our 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment near Kolonaki square. Natasha met us and oriented us to the apartment and local sites. It was a spaciouxs and comfortable place that allowed us to tour Athens at our own pace. Thank you!

Wow - a perfect place to stay!
The apartment is perfect in every way: great inclusions, great location, clean and comfortable. Pagona was very friendly and helpful (and do take her up on the offer of a driver to or from the airport - we took taxis to the apartment, and then used her driver on the way back - he's much the same price as a taxi for far superior service). And Athens itself was a delight

Great apartment in high class neighborhood
Outstanding location away from the tourists but close enough to walk to the sites. Beautifully decorated apartment with all the amenities. Owner’s representative met us upon arrival and gave us orientation and suggestions for eating. Highly recommend this apartment. Comfortable for 4 people.

Comfortable Oasis in Kolonaki
We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Everything went smoothly. We were met as planned, explanations of the apartment and the nearby shops were clear, they even had the makings for breakfast in the fridge. The yogurt was fabulous as was the Greek honey. The bed was comfortable, the balcony appealing. We couldn't have asked for more. I recommend it highly. The one caveat would be the neighbourhood - it was great for us - a older couple used to travelling a lot and who have a generous budget. But if your're on a limited budget this is not the neighbourhood for you.

Rarely do we cook so much when away, but after our days of sightseeing, we just wanted to be "home"!
The location of the apartment was wonderful with all that we wanted to see within walking distance. (Some walks were long, but there was so much to see along the walk that we loved the length.) There is a wonderful bakery with great coffee on one corner of the block and a well-stocked little grocery right next door. A larger grocery is just three blocks away.
Should we return to Athens, we would definitely stay at the Tube again. Perfect!

Comfortable, livable apartment
Only a few steps away from some amazing cafes, bars and restaurants and a convenience store below makes this place an ideal stay in Athens. Spacious living area and an amazing balcony, plus comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood
We spent 3 nights at the TUBE apartment. It was in a fabulous location, near but not too near all the night life. The apartment was quiet, very comfortable beds...the terrace was so inviting and a great place to relax. I don't hesitate to recommend it....very highly...I will stay again when i return to Athens. You'll love it!

Pagona our host was great, very responsive and pleasant never an issue. The apartment is well set up with a great little terrace. The Kolonaki location is unbeatable with plenty of great restaurants and bars and only a short pleasant walk from all the main attractions. Overall a great experience through VRBO and our host. Fabulous!!!!
This place was ideally located very close to the Acropolis and parliament and local squares around. Not the cheapest part of town but definitely very safe and extremely extremely beautiful. Our host was super available and attentive and arranged for transfers to and from the airport and port at a reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment in a nice location. Good air conditioning even on hot July days.
Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor deck was lovely but the weather was to hot for us to make use of it. Dimitris was so helpful in giving us rides to and from the airport. Apartment was conveniently located near metro.

Well equipped comfortable and well situated apartment in Athens
We were happy to be in Athens in this Tasteful comfortable apartment. Even during some hot days (44C+) the apartment kept cool with its 3 AC units, one for every room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. Pagona was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and did a nice job of explaining everything we needed to know. Stayed in touch, responsive and very helpful throughout our stay.

Great location. Kind owner. Clean apartment. Nice amenities.
Loved the location. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. The only issues, and I mean the absolutely only issues were the bathroom ( there were three of us and it was a very tight space) and the street noise ( we are from the suburbs of the US and it was very difficult to sleep with the street noise). Otherwise, I would stay here again! Very nice bottle of wine upon arrival! Great outdoor space, and extremely accommodating owner!!!!

TUBE APARTMENT KOLONAKI
We spent a very pleasant winter month in this apartment, which is well-equipped, pristine, and very well located in the Kolonaki district. Perhaps because it was formerly an architect's office, it is particularly attractive. The afternoon sun flooding the living room and plant- filled balcony are its best features. Highly recommended.

Quite nad Attractive Apartment!
We stayed 4 nights in this lovely apartment and really did enjoy our stay. Perfectly designed and well equipped. Reliable wi-fi connection and very effective, perfectly functioning air conditioning in every room. Walking distance to almost every landmark of the city. Metro is close but we did not use it as you can easily walk through the city by following the main streets of the city. Taxi is available (and cheap) where needed. (e.g. taxi charges only 5 Euro to Acropolis). There is a market just beside the buiding so shopping for food and drinks is so convenient. The open street restaurants and kebap houses are 100 meters away -and again comapribly cheap- from the building. I definitely recommend this flat for your stays in Athens.
Pagona, the landlord is very helpful and reachable whenever needed. She organized a ride from/to airport on our request, which made the transfers to/from the apartment very convenient and comfortbale for us. Thank you for your hospitality and service, Pagona!

PS. If you would like to visit Acropolis do not buy the tickets at Acropolis as there is a huge line on the hill. Instead, buy them (1 or 2 days before you plan to visit there) from the other sites' ticket offices and after 2-3 pm as there is no line there at that time. For example, while you sight see the Monstraki area stop by Roman Forum gate and/or other sites to buy your Acropolis ticket which you can use later without waiting at the Acropolis gate. The admisson fee is 20 Euro but if you buy a combined ticket for 30 Euro you can visit 7 different sites, including Acropolis, within next 5 days. (every site can be accesed for only once)

Gorgeous spacious apartment
We stayed 5 nights and it was by far the nicest place we stayed at while we explored Greece. The apartment has beautifully modern, functional, design and decor with very comfortable appointments. Super comfortable beds perfect for parents and two kids. Tiny and super functional kitchen. The refrigerator was stocked with fresh yogurt, bread, butter,jam, and honey so you can relax on arrival.
Location is fantastic with easy access to the Metro as well as museums and Acropolis and an entire block of bars, restaurants, and lovely stores half a block away. Great restaurant on ground floor in fact. On the ground floor is also a market with all the groceries that you really need.
The apartment was perfect in every way and a great value. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Athens.

Great apartment and host in central Athens area
We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights in June and another 4 nights in July. Pagona was great from the first email to the welcome at the apartment. For our family of two adults and two kids (7&2) the apartment was perfect. Comfortable, cool (great a/c), plenty of space and all the bits and pieces you need. Location was really nice, restaurants, bakeries and supermarket right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this apartment, it was as described and just like the photos.

Perfect property for a Holiday in Athens
Great location to the city center (10-minute walk to Syntagma Square), an open and welcoming apartment layout (plus a great deck with greenery making it feel secluded) and an incredibly helpful and attentive host in Pagona makes this location a winner in so many ways.
Pagona also welcomed us with wine, yogurt, honey and other delicious goodies - bottom line this residence made our Athens visit a breeze.
Speaking of breeze, the three A/C units in the apartment were helpful during the hot Athens summer days.
This residence has the overwhelming Kitzman family stamp of approval.
(Don't forget to check out the bustling and great line of restaurants located just one block east).
Highly recommend.

An elegant, comfortable flat ideally situated.
We had a most enjoyable stay in this elegant, comfortable flat. Kolonaki is an ideal base for a visit to Athens, near the metros at Syntagma and Evangelismos in an an area with many restaurants and cafes, and with a useful little supermarket next door to the flat. Our reception by Pagona was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
