Nestled in Athens, this attractive condo for R 4,457 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A true home away from home in the heart of the vibrant Kolonaki neighbourhood - the ideal location in order to experience the diverse and fascinating city of Athens! This recently renovated penthouse is ideally located, in the heart of Athens in the finest neighborhood, Kolonaki. The penthouse is well appointed with great taste and features a pleasant veranda which forms a quiet little paradise in the city centre of Athens. The penthouse consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, and a cosy dining area. The living room features a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen, gives the opportunity to guests, to prepare their own meals. The kitchen also features a Nespresso machine. Furthermore, the house offers 2 master bedrooms with double beds, and one small bedroom, with bunk beds. The small bedroom is mostly suitable for kids, but the beds are large enough for adults as well. Lastly, the penthouse offers a spacious bathroom with shower and laundry facilities, and a WC. Kolonaki is one of the nicest and most vibrant neighbourhoods of Athens. You will find a great variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also a very safe neighborhood. Its location is ideal for exploring Athens, either on foot or by Metro. Fashion boutiques, restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, the National Gallery of Art, the National Park, the Presidential Residence (ex Royal Palace), the Parliament, and the Panathenaic Stadium are all in close proximity to the penthouse. Furthermore the Athens Hilton Hotel is very close to the penthouse and offers the town's largest and nicest swimming pool open to the public (paying access). The penthouse is located next to the metro station 'Evangelismos' which has a direct metro line from the airport. The airport bus X95 (Direction Syntagma) also stops at 'Evangelismos'. The Acropolis and its new museum are at a 20 minute walk from the house or 2 metro stops away. The famous neighbourhoods of Plaka, Monastiraki and Psiri are also easily accessible either by metro or on foot. In addition, you can catch a bus and explore the beaches of the 60 km Athens riviera or even go further south and visit the impressive cape Sounion where lie the remains of the famous temple of Poseidon, god of the sea. If you have a car the closest parking place is 'Polis Park', which is a 5 minute walk away ( around 15€ per day). We had a wonderful stay at the Dream Penthouse! The host met us at the property and gave us a tour, as well as answered any questions we had about the area and Athens itself. It was well-equipped with Nespresso pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location was really convenient as well, with a three minute walk to the metro, and two stops away from the Acropolis. The neighborhood itself is packed with great restaurants and great shopping! Highly recommend! We would stay here again on our next trip to Athens!

This was a great experience for me and my family. The apartment is beautiful “ design magazine worthy.” The location is a short walk to Constituan Square, wonderful restaurants, top shopping in the area. A real safe non touristy location to experience true Greek living!

The Kolonaki apartment and neighborhood was wonderful and is right next to the metro. Dimitris met us at the rental when our plane arrived late and answered all of our questions. Our stay went super well and the rental was great! I highly recommend going two stops over on the metro to Monastariki for great food and nightlife!

We loved our stay here. The place was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. It is very close to the metro and lots of great restaurants. The recommendations left by the hosts gave us our best food experience in Athens. This was great for our family of 6 with plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a weekend in Athens and could not have asked for a better place to stay. So comfortable for our family of 5 and in the best location to restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere and never even took a cab or subway. (We do like to walk). Exploring was super funny. Would def come back and stay at Nicoletta’s. Responsive, quick, helpful, clean and overall lovely!

Her Apartment in Athens is the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed our time here immensely. The penthouse apartment is far larger than the photographs show and was exceptionally clean upon our arrival.
Nicely stocked kitchen and all of the appliances work perfectly.
Within a 1 minute walk you have bakeries, pharmacies, convenience stores, Deli’s etc.
The air conditioning works very well, bear in mind we were here in August, it easily lowered the temperature whenever we needed it.
Notes for travellers.
Taxi rank is 1 minute away and about 5 Euros to Acropolis.
Walk up the hill about 5 minutes and take the cable car to the Church of Saint George - you’ll thank me.
The Metro is far better than our London Underground, only two stops to the Acropolis in the cleanest stations and trains you’ll ever see. Station is 1 minute from your apartment front door.

This apartment has a great location with easy access to many restaurants and shops. About 20 minutes walking from Plaka, but much faster on the metro. Very comfortable accommodation and the hosts were excellent communicators.

The Kolonaki neighbourhood was described by our tour guide as the “Beverly Hills” of Athens. It is a terrific walking neighborhood with lots of shopping and terrific restaurants but also within a minute of the Metro station. The apartment is beautiful: very spacious with large open rooms and extremely well appointed. Total luxury. The decor is modern and comfortable with two large master bedrooms and one small bunk bed bedroom. One nice water closet and one very large bathroom with very large shower and washer/dryer. The kitchen is a nice size and very well appointed with supplies and equipment for coffee and preparing breakfast and lunch. Plenty of supplies for preparing dinner too but the local restaurants are a must see. We travelled as a family with our two adult daughters. We appreciated the first large shower and bathroom we had experienced in Greece VRBOs and loved the large terrace balcony with citrus trees. We only had two nights in Athens and because the neighbourhood was so great we opted to dine locally versus taking the metro to downtown city. Both choices were fantastic (Simbul and Oroscopo) though a little pricey (but not for the quality of food and experience). The owner provided a wonderful list of less expensive quality restaurants too. Communication with the owner and extended assistants was terrific. Cherry on top was the fact that there was a taxi stand 45 seconds outside of the apartment door and only 6 stairs in total to navigate. :-). Highly recommend this property. Perfect spot for your Athens visit.

The apartment was neat and clean and Nicky has three pages of restaurant suggestions etc., in the apt, which we used to great success! A block from the metro, a 24hr bakery around the corner as well as a mini mart. Couldn’t have worked out better!

This is a beautiful flat located in a great neighborhood that’s close to downtown. The property is as pictured and described, plenty of space for our family of 5. We also love the convenience of having multiple USB ports to keep all our devices charged & ready to go. Having a washer available to do laundry was a huge plus as we could leave the flat with everything clean before we ventured on to our resort. Fabulous location, comfortable apartment, very clean.
Stayed here with my 81 year old mom, my sister and my niece for an all-girls vacation in Athens. The location is fabulous - close to taxi stand and near the Hilton Hotel which has a car rental office we utilized for a day trip to Poseidon's temple. A handy map and list of restaurants is in the apartment too. You will need to do your homework to be familiar with transportation options to the major attractions and though there is an elevator (apartment is on the 6th floor) there are 6 or 7 steep steps to gain access to the building lobby. (Fine for me, but tough on my 81 year old mom.) Also, you need to turn on a switch for the hot water heater. Just FYI. Other pluses, there is a pharmacy on the corner and a small grocery shop nearby.

Lovely apartment in great location
We had a lovely time staying in this apartment. It's about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre (although there is a metro station 2 mins away if you'd rather use that) and nice and quiet outside on the street. Lovely comfortable sofas and beds, cleaned daily by a very friendly housekeeper, lots of utensils in the kitchen, two toilets, big shower and lovely balcony. Plus very tasteful decor. Our only complaints were the toilet seat in the bathroom doesn't fit (it won't stay up on its own), and there is no hot water in the kitchen - but hopefully the owner is planning to fix this soon.

Lovely apartment in a vibrant neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay in our lovely apartment--starting off with Nicky meeting us at the train station to lead us to the apartment! There was a drawer filled with maps and guidebooks and suggestions for sites and restaurants compiled by Nicoletta the owner which was really helpful. We especially loved the balcony with the lemon trees! The only thing to be aware of was the one of the three bedrooms was quite small with a rather uncomfortable bed. We didn't use it after the first night. Other than that, we had no complaints. Great location and very close to the metro which was very easy to use. I would suggest a 3-day tourist pass with unlimited rides along with to and from the airport. Wonderful time overall and so close to everything!

Great flat in a great location
Fantastic apartment in Kolonaki. There are two good-sized double bedrooms, and a boxroom with a double bunkbed completely filling it. Two couples with kids would just about fit, though there would be a queue for the shower. The flat is spacious, with a comfortable sitting area, a big dining table, and a lovely terrace with citrus trees which is perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. There is one bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a second separate toilet. The kitchen is small-ish, but completely adequate. The flat is on the 6th floor and there is a small (and old!) lift - four people max, fewer with luggage. The location is excellent; 3 mins walk from Evangelismos metro but completely quiet, and the Kolonaki neighbourhood is great for bars and cafes. It's less frenetic than being downtown - about a 15-20min walk to Syntagma, Agora etc - but that suited the holiday we wanted. It is on the foothills of Mt Lycabettus, so the streets around are not flat, and the area is well-cared-for with plenty of bustle and variety.
I would definitely come back to this flat on my next visit to Athens as it is exactly the accommodation I was looking for, and completely recommend it if you are looking for a place to feel like you're living in Athens rather than as a bed to crash in.

Clean, modern, excellent location
Owner clearly pays attention to details. Plenty of space, very clean, well-appointed home. Building entry is a bit tired, but not representative of the overall experience. Can see the Acropolis to the right off deck which has space to sit and enjoy the lemon and orange tree blossoms. Wi-Fi works fine. Great experience for us during family vacation while in Athens.

Amazing top floor penthouse in center of Athens
Nicoletta has a very clean and modern flat. She gave us restaurant and site-seeing recommendations and even kept the fridge stocked with bottled water sourced from a lake nearby. There is also a nice balcony with lots of seating which is nice to use in the evening when its cools down. I definitely recommend Nicoetta's flat as a great place to stay in Athens!

Just Perfect!
Tastefully furnished and very comfortable home in a nice central location! We were a 5 euro taxi ride to just about anywhere in the city. Having nespresso available for breakfast was awesome, and multiple bakeries within one block.
