Good

The hotel was a great value, and checkin was simple and straightforward. There is someone there 24 hours in case you encounter any issues or need anything. The room was quiet, had plenty of space, and had clean, comfortable furniture.

The wifi didn't work at all. I had to use Xfinity's hotspot instead. There was also no hot water available in the shower when I tried to use it in the morning. It would have been great if that was at least provided.

Will not be booking at this site again.

No breakfast provided. When entered room there were no toiletries-such as SOAP. Had to go to desk to get soap & it was little TINY bars. Had to use two together & still could not get lather on wash rag. Towels too thin to get dried off. Toilet clogged up 2 different times. Had to get plunger to clear it. Begged for an extra towel to dry washed long hair. TV not working very well. Furniture was damaged & room looked very dryers.

Considering I lost my apartment and am technically homeless, I am grateful to have a place to sleep.

I liked that it did have Wi-Fi, and a decent tv. I liked that it has a roof and four walls. I liked that it had a window and curtains or privacy. I liked that I had a bed to sleep on with blankets and pillows for warmth. I liked that I had a place to sleep safe from the elements.

No stopper for the tub so I could take a bath. The faucet for the tub/shower does not have a cold setting, literally hot or it is off. No coffee maker or coffee in the room. Cigarette burns all over the comforter.

Nothing. The place is a complete dump!

It was filthy, dark, beat up. There were no toiletries, hair dryer and the towels were rough and tiny. Doors didn't close, shower wall was moldy, cracked paint and cigarette holes in the bed spread. GROSS.

Do not say you allow pets on your website when you clearly don’t!

The website said pet friendly, however the hotel has multiple signs posted that no pets allowed. Fix the website, plus the front desk/entrance smelled horrible, the place was shanty and gross.

Sheet's were not clean, had to go to front desk and ask for clean ones and was told they only had one clean sheet. Got a knock on the door at 3:00am to someone who evidently had the wrong room. No coffee pot and found a dead bed bug on pillow. Definitely won't be staying again.

A nasty and scummy place.

The location is drug infested. The room was full of mold and mildew. The furniture was old and the one chair was full of dirt stains. It was a hellish place of drugs, prostitutes, and very run down neighborhood. Disgusting.

Everything was bad. Location was bad. Area of hotel run down and so many people hanging out in parking lot yelling and bumming cigarettes. It was Aweful. Completely Aweful for the price paid.

I loved the location. close to the greyhound and downtown Richmond.

They didn’t bring clean laundry every day.

you get what you pay for, could be much better with a little TLC.

Needs a deep cleaning. Needs new towels, sheets, bedspreads, etc. Needs to be updated, painted and toilet needs to rised. Old beds, trash, etc should be removed from the property.

rooms are quiet. staff are courteous.

The fridge didn’t work. The microwave barely worked. The floors were very dirty. The hdmi port on the tv didn’t allow audio input.

Not safe, dirty, bedbugs

I did like that the gentleman at the registration desk very quickly refunded me after I showed him the photo of the bedbug. He didn't offer any excuses and although I didn't get a refund for the night I stayed, I got my money back for what would have been my second night

I checked my bed for bedbugs as soon as I got into the room and didn't find any. So I went to sleep but didn't trust any of the pillows or provided blankets. Sure enough, in the morning I found a bedbug crawling across the bed.
