Horrible experience

When we got on elevator to go up to condo there is a sign in elevator “if you get stuck in elevator call and a #”. 1st red flag. Get to condo and it is moldy/mildew smell. There are soiled slip covers on couches. The queen beds are metal cots with metal slats and a mattress about 1/2 inch thick. My husband is 6’ and 220 lbs and there is no way he could sleep on that bed. Room was literally right on the road so all you could hear is traffic. Called the person to request a refund because we couldn’t stay there but she was upset because we complained about the condo!!!! So we pd almost $1500 and was given $500 back. She kept $1000 and we were in there 5 minutes literally. I was so upset after speaking with the owner I didn’t even think to take pics.

We enjoyed our stay, the weather was questionable, but we liked our lil condo. Would come back : )

Nicely decorated. Kitchen stocked well with utensils. parking and elevator included. beds were comfotable. liked their shades. Two bathrooms was handy and flooring was nice.

owner never gave us a parking pass. The toilet bowl attached cleaner had to go.......cough cough. Made us sick and dizzy. screens need attention in bedroom.

The property was great, chairs, umbrellas, and more beach items available super spacious! We left a cooler that fits 16-24 cans for the future guest to enjoy! the bathroom and closet are massive. we didn’t use the kitchen but is definitely a dream kitchen.

very comfortable, a lot of supplies, like umbrella beach chair, large kitchen and fridge.

the street is very loud at day and in the evening. in the night it was ok.

Excellent location 5-minutes walking to beach. Ocean view from the balcony. Full appliance kitchen/apartment. Stylish apartment's design.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

Condo was very clean and modern. We didn't have to go far for anything we wanted to do.

Gulf Blvd. was a very busy street so while sitting on the balcony to enjoy to view of the ocean it was pretty noisy but that was the only negative.

Wonderful stay in Madeira Beach.

Location.

Beds were hard. Hand towels and washcloths were scarce. Bedroom faced Gulf Blvd. All night loud motor cycles, loud souped up cars, ambulances, firetrucks and Police cars zooming by. Made for restful sleep. Not!

The week went way to fast!!

No breakfast provided.

Slider out to deck was very hard to open. No other problem. Very clean and very up to date! Loved the decor.

Closeness to beach and area attractions. apartment was nice but needed some care

No parking passes. dining room light didn't work. Bedroom light switch didn't work, had to work the fan manually. The screen door onto the balcony had huge rips in it

Loved the location

I loved the convenience of the location and the property pool was clean. The apartment was nice and has two bathrooms which is always nice. The bed are not very comfy, but it’s not exactly a luxurious hotel or anything.

There was a piece of glass by the bed which my daughter almost stepped on. I let the owner know and took pictures. I also asked about the parking pass and she said that I can try to call the manager and get one or not worry about it. We decided not to bother since the owner didn’t seem to care much. We didn’t see anything about rental bikes.
