gut, komme wieder

Frühstück top, Tische sehr luftig verteilt, Regionale Produkte, diverse Brotsorten etc. Lage: Gut, die U-Bahn U3 direkt zum Stadion St. Pauli, den Landungsbrücken bzw. HBf ist nur ca. 5-8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt gelegen. Auch direkte Busse dahin direkt vor der Türe. kein Verkehrslärm etc.

Es gibt ja zwei Häuser, deshalb könnte das hier nicht für beide Häuser gelten. Bad/WC etwas beengt. Für Besucher*innen mit höherem Bodymassen könnte das problematisch werden. Es gibt zwar einen Lift, aber leider auch noch eine handvoll Treppen dahin. Für Menschen mit einer Einschränkung könnte das zum Problem werden. Ob es über den Keller etc. direkt in den Aufzug geht kann ich aber nicht sagen. Zur Sicherheit sollte man da vielleicht beim Hotel nachfragen, ob das im anderen Gebäude barrierefrei gelöst ist. Aber wie gesagt, dass ist wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Für mich persönlich war das so absolut in Ordnung.

Séjour très agréable

Les lits étaient confortables, la douche était facile d'utilisation et bien chaude, bon débit d'eau. Il y a une considération pour l'environnement et l'économie d'énergie. Le personnel était dynamique et sympathique. C'était propre, bien décoré, bien agencé, grand, calme.

Nous n'avons pas pu tester la salle de sport par manque de temps (rien à voir avec l'hôtel).

Felt at home 🥰

The staff were amazing 👏 very friendly and welcoming! Malony, if you're reading this, I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you're such an amazing soul..💖 The location of the hotel was relatively close to everywhere! No hassle whatsoever 👌 public transportation was very frequent and easy to get to wherever we wanted to visit. Hamburg is my place to go. Thanks to all the staff members; Latts, Aman and Malony. Sorry if I've butchered your names😬🤭see you again mates!

We chose the hotel to be near a specific event. Clean well presented rooms, air con, helpful front desk staff, we didn’t take breakfast as we were out early so can’t comment on this. comfy beds, good shower close to metro station

Ok hotel for a stay in Hamburg

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location not very attractive in terms of tourist spots, but convenient in my case as I was visiting a couple of friends that live close to the hotel.

The main building entrance was closed due to construction works, so guests needed to use a secondary entry which was a flight of downstairs, and then another flight of upstairs to get to the main hall. As I was travelling with two children and a baby stroller, this diversion to get in and out of the hotel made my days more difficult.

March Month 2023 - Handy men starting banging in the rooms next door from 07.00

Flexible on 1 hour later check out

They were doing construction work in the room next door starting at 07.00 in the morning. My son had to study in the room and that was impossible because of the banging.

I liked great personnel, location. All needed things were provided. Overall it was nice and quite tidy. For Hamburg great quality/price ratio!

The walls are really thin, one night it was really hard to fall asleep because of the loud guests from another room. I think it's beacuse the building is old, so there is nothing much can be done.

Location, it was close to metro. Few minutes from the hotel was a small bakery which was very good. Aslo a supermarket is very close.

The space between the toilet and the wall/radiator is super small, for women and children it is okay but men can't sit straight.

Helpful staff. Great open windows. Quiet. Excellent location as easy to walk to 2 stations, and the canal was close by. Very easy to get back to the airport.

The bed division was a bit uncomfortable! Breakfast seemed expensive, having said that we didn’t experience it!

Staff is not too friendly, weird mini bar payment policy - you have to remember what you had from it to pay at the check out. A bit expensive.

Comfortable clean, well located, accommodation.

I didn't book breakfast. But the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. It's a practical accommodation for a few nights' stay. It's a 20-min ride by bus from the main train station. Good location. The receptionists were really nice and professional.

I loved the coffee machine in the room, but it would have been nice if at least the room coffee was included in the room price. And maybe more towels for the bathroom (especially a small face towel).

Great value with lots of transport options

Room had a great size for the price paid. Bed was comfortable and the shower really good. The hotel provides a mini-fridge with beverages that we could use to store something we bought. Also super close to the U-Bahn. Staff was very nice and open when we needed to store our luggage when leaving.

Nothing really. If anything the room was a bit complicated to control the temperature. It was a little cold when we arrived, but then it became too hot with the heater. We eventually managed it, but I wonder how it would be in summer (of course without the heater).
