Su vista hacia Puerto Natales era muy linda, las habitaciones eran amplias. Sería bueno que pusieran una piscina temperada.

Faltó un poco más de limpieza en el baño en los rincones y hacer una mantención a su piedra pizarra del baño en el piso y paredes.

Amazing hotel close to Puerto Natales with interesting architecture and kind staff

Very interesting architecture of the hotel, big comfortable room with modern bathroom (even floor heating). Breakfast was nice. Location is good, just short distance from town, 5min with car. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, specially Marcelo who helped us in urgent situation. There is parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely reccomend.

The unpaved road to the hotel is quite rough (we had rentacar)

The beds are 'modern' based on ...cement frame! Not sure I liked that. Bed was very comfortable, to be fair!

Highly recommended !

The architecture of the hotel is exceptional and takes full benefit of the view the location has on the bay of Puerto Natales. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this nice little hotel.

Nothing in particular. This hotel only works for travellers with a car as you have a 5 minute drive to be within Puerto Natales and take advantage of the excellent restaurants there !

It was great.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The setting is attractive and well thought out.

There were too few electrical outlets in the room, and they were not well placed. For example, no outlet near the bedside.

Very comfortable stay

Rooms are very comfortable. Wifi available only in lounge area. Rooms were very clean. Spa is nice-we had an excellent massage. Breakfast buffet was good.

Items on the menu weren't always available.

eco friendly place, luxurious accommodation sumptuous breakfast and an at home feel with the most helpful staff ever

set into the landscape so as to fit the terrain with beautiful water facing views in all rooms

a quick cab ride into town for food but the on-site restaurant is top notch serving a variety of dishes so we were able to have three vegetarian dinners there without going into town during the long days of summer they could equip rooms with dark blinds over and above the plain blinds. I’m a light sleeper so had to use eye flaps due to the use of lots of concrete wifi is spotty in the rooms so have to sit in the common area which is plenty comfortably to get good Connectivity

Very beautiful hotel located outside the hustle city with an amazing view towards the sea and the mountain ranges, clean and comfortable.

Very expensive for what you get. Also hot tubs didn’t work and breakfast was rather simple for a hotel at that price level.

Services do not match the high priced rooms

location, style, view

restaurant is limited in card, half of it is not available. no chicken, no kings crab, no avocado, no lamb…… and at breakfast no yoghurt left…….no coffee at 11:00am as they had to clean the floors before their lunch ……customers have bad luck. first night they could not accommodate us in the restaurant before 2100, as a group would occupy them. Finally they accepted us at 2000. as only half of the tables were occupied……. this poor service I would not expect for such pretty high priced hotel in Puerto Natales. WIFI zin the room was practically not working . Lounge and restaurant with WIFI were always too hot due to the sun. no cooling system as it was still hot at 2300….pity from such beautiful place

I liked the room and the hotel.

Breakfast like in Ibis hotel. I expected a good breakfast for the level of this hotel. Even yogurts were warm (no ice bowl to maintain cold chain) cheap juice (no frozen or fresh fruit). Poor service at refilling buffet, although very few people at the dining room (had to ask for more bread, eggs, etc). One expect seeds and dry fruits, nuts, etc.None As I was celebrating my birthday, I asked the night before for a glass of sparkling wine. No sparkling wine at the bar. The day after, they bought a bottle but really the cheapest brand in supermarket, no way to drink it (no champagne for my birthday) Incredible for an Altiplano Hotel!!

This was a sister to the hotel we stayed in in the Atacama and was as interesting as it! Au Revoir!

We liked the design and layout of this hotel. It nestles into the landscape, giving us good views to the surroundings. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was very attractive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wished that we had more time there.

The receptionist had her hands full and was a little distracted - it took some time to call a cab! But, we were on holidays, so it did not matter.
