Located in Indianapolis, this lovely house for R 1,435 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. All the TV’s are smart and if you have a Firestick or any game system they will work. We provide basic TV only but do provide wireless WiFi. This little house has all the amenities of a Home Away from Home. This comfortable 2 BR bungalow is located less than 2 miles from I-465 interstate. It's 1 mile south of Historic Ft. Harrison State Park and The Fort golf course. Three minutes from ITT, the IU Medical center, The Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA, and the Lawrence Soccer fields. About 10 minutes away Community North Hospital Campus. It's less than 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. It is 24 minutes to the International Airport. This house is a NON-SMOKING, vaping, cigar or any other substance in the home. However, there are plenty of areas outside to smoke. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. You have the complete home to use. Internet and basic TV. Desk space for work. There are two areas for guest to smoke outside only. There is a gas grill for your use along with a wood fire pit in the backyard for your use too. We just added a nice front porch deck area for your enjoyment too. The neighborhood is a quiet well established one. Some of the eating establishments and Micro Breweries are less than 5 minutes away. We provide a coffee Kurig machine for your convenience along with a variety of coffee choices and tea. We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine for your pleasure for our multiple nite reservations. As previously stated. for the comfort and health of all of our guests, this is a NO SMOKING home. If you are going to have a problem respecting that, please don't ask us for accommodations.

This was such a cute little place to stay. Perfect amount of space including more room. It was a quite little place and we cant wait for our next trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal. Easy access to get in the house. We will definitely be back. Love from M +M

This little bungalow was the perfect spot for us. We chose it because of its proximity to our kids and new granddaughter- it was perfect! The other reviews said it was clean and well appointed and they were right. The hosts were also very easy to work with for booking, checkin, and checkout. Will definitely consider staying again.

The home was so comfortable, and clean. It was close to everything. We went to Broad Ripple and the home was close to the hotel where our child’s Marching band stayed. The home is close to the Lucas Oil Stadium where we watched the Grand National championships for Marching Bands. I’d recommend this place !

This was a very cute house with good function and flow. The kitchen was well stocked with various things like condiments, cooking utensils, and most things you would need to prepare a meal. The hosts were great to work with. The husband met us at the property because he was turning on the lights so we could see to get in when we arrived, as it was past sunset when we arrived. The twin beds had adjustable massage vibrators to help you relax after a long day exploring the area.

The property is very nice with everything you need for a great stay. Had things like seasoning for cooking and coffee was there with a Kerig. Very friendly host and very helpful and responsive to questions. Plan to stay there again.

We loved staying here!!! The owners are amazing people and went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was. The property was beautiful and very cozy. My wife, 2 kids, and I were very comfortable in this house. The owners even went to the trouble to set up cornhole and lawn chairs in the back yard for us to enjoy during our stay. Mrs. Cathy and Mr. Jim checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and suggested places we could visit locally during our trip. We were in town for a youth bowling event and Mr. Jim took an opportunity to watch my son bowl during a practice session one day and offered him some tips, awesome people. I told my wife if we ever moved to Indianapolis I know where I would want to live. You will not be disappointed staying here.

My friend and I drove down from Michigan to see Dave Matthews Band at Deer Creek. This house was the perfect place for us to stay up and make some memories! The house was clean and lived up to every expectation we had from the listing. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. My only issue was the shower as I’m very short and it was mounted high on the shower wall. I run into that problem a lot though. I hope to book again for DC 2024! Thank you Cathy for a wonderful stay!!

Clean nice place. Would be good for a little family of four. The TVs are HDMI, not smart. The twin beds are narrow. Kitchen is very well stocked. It was nice to have shampoo provided. Quiet street.

Fabulously cozy place to stay when coming to Indy for a conference downtown. This was about a 15-20 minute drive (depending on traffic and time of day), which was just perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

My adult kids and I stayed at this property while attending National FFA Convention, where my daughter received her American FFA Degree. The house was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed playing corn hole during evenings. We would definitely stay again!

This was a GREAT little house. Beds were extremely comfortable. The long driveway eased the worries of parking. Thank you for the bottle of wine which was enjoyed at the fire on a beautiful fall evening. This will DEFINITELY be a place to return when we are back in the area.

Myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, and our two young daughters stayed for four nights in this great home. It was the perfect size for our family. The home was clean and provided all of the essential items we needed. We enjoyed being able to have groceries to snack and cook when we did not want to eat out. The property manager was kind and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this home if you are staying near the Indianapolis area! Also highly recommend the German bakery down the street. A great find with delicious breakfast pastries.

Came up to Indy for a weekend music festival with a friend and we both loved the place. Lots of amenities for the two of us, awesome firepit, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience, best place we've ever stayed on a vacation! The Host was super responsive, she called when we said we got there to make sure everything was what we expected and if we needed anything else. Had an air mattress, which worked better for our 3 year old instead of the twin bed. Especially clean. Fully stocked jitchen with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location for everything we needed to do. The German bakery nearby is a must-stop. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Indy!

The home was immaculate, welcoming and had everything we could need for our almost week long stay (including a washer/dryer). The location of the home was close to downtown Indianapolis and near one of the ballparks which was convenient. The host, Cathy, was welcoming and kind and lives nearby which is helpful. If we are ever in Indianapolis again...we will be giving Cathy a call!

Me and my partner loved coming back to this beautiful little home after a day in the city! Lovely living room and dining area for late night movie and dinner, and comfortable bedding. Host was also very easy to get ahold of for any sudden needs or questions! Would come back here in a heart beat!

This is a very cute and cozy home with lots of thoughtful touches for my family of five. This was our first experience with renting a home and we would definitely return if we were needing to be in the area again! The location was convenient for where we needed to be and also not far from Indianapolis. We also went to the children's museum, which was awesome! (If you go, have the kids wear comfortable play clothes/closed toe shoes so they can enjoy the amazing outdoor section of the sports museum) The host communicated throughout the stay and offered to help with anything we needed, but we did not have any issues with the house
