Tương đối hài lòng, ngoại trừ 2 điểm mà mình đề cập bên dưới

Phòng rộng rãi. Mình thuê 2 phòng đều có cửa sổ, trang bị nội thất dễ chịu. Chỗ nghỉ đáp ứng mong đợi. Quản lý phòng liên lạc ngay khi vừa đặt phòng.

Phòng không trang bị nước uống. Khi mình hỏi bạn quản lý tại sao không để nước uống thì bạn trả lời đây là căn hộ dịch vụ chứ không phải khách sạn nên không để nước uống miễn phí. Riêng cá nhân mình nghĩ 2 chai nước suối có giá 10K thì nên trang bị để khách thoải mái hơn. Mình vẫn vui vẻ thanh toán tiền nước khi order ở quầy nhưng đây là mình góp ý để dịch vụ của bạn xem xét cải thiện (nếu bạn thấy hợp lý). Ngoài ra, phòng của mình (702) do khách ở trước nấu ăn nên căn phòng có mùi hơi khó chịu. Mình góp ý bộ phận quản lý và vệ sinh nên sử dụng thiết bị khử mùi để làm sạch không khí.

Superb

The location is great with a lot of eating places around. The room is comfortable with good a/c, bed, the bathroom is clean and nice. The guard is friendly, helpful. I definitely come back if I go to Hanoi

Great value for the money

Nice location with a lot of great food around, much less touristy but much tastier than in the center. Very friendly staff - easy to communicate and ready to help even with nonstandard requests.

The bathroom was quite dirty with gigantic cocroaches rabling around. As well the mosquitos were all around in the room.

Room 301 was great, do not stay in 804 and 401 as we got covered in bug bites.

I made two separate bookings on my account so I will review two separate rooms as they were quite different. Room 301 was great, as per my other review, so we decided to extend our stay. The room was booked so we switched to a smaller room 804 and then 401 and I immediately understood all the bad reviews.

Room 804 was small and well equipped, but all the small details started adding up. The room had bad ventilation and smelled of sewer and there was no way around it, the only window opens into the enclosed stairwell which smells of food from other long-term residents during meal time. The fridge was loud and constant and felt like it echoed in the small space. It was so uncomfortable that we asked to switch back to the balcony room and was given 401 the next day which was better but still had minor issues. The kitchen was noticeably older and had more wear and tear, and netflix doesn't log in as well as some corners were quite neglected during cleaning and I found some nail clippings. My partner and I left the place covered in small, rash-like red bumps that were itchy and painful, similar to mites or flea bites that took two weeks to fully heal. I recommend that if 301 is not available, it is better off to try other nearby places.

Nice stay if only in 301 - other rooms were disastrous.

I made two separate bookings on my account so I will review two separate rooms as they were quite different. The first stay we had was in room 301 and it was the large deluxe room with balcony as seen in most pics. It was great - clean, bright and spacious. The room was equipped with netflix and basic kitchen amenities and wifi worked great. The neighborhood was definitely very local but that was the charm about it. We loved it so much we decided to stay 2 more nights but had to switch rooms as it was booked and that was when the stay went downhill.

If possible, only stay in 301 and nothing else, not even 401. Refer to second review.

Nice staff, location is good if you want to stay in ba dinh, close to skytrain metro, but it can be a bit difficult to find when you get there.

The booking says there is a 24/7 security guard, but when I was there he was on vacation they say. So obviously there can’t be 24/7 security even when there is not vacation because there’s only one guy working. There are cockroaches in the room. Shower does not get very warm Laundry does not work properly with bad washing machine and broken dryer.

Super soft mattress, comfy bedding, perfect location for what i needed

As with all hotels in Hanoi, security guards have zero customer service skills and or manners. Other than that the stay was great
