About this condo rental

Situated in Seville, this charming condo for R 2,434 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Large apartment composed of three bedrooms, living room of 30 square meters, two bathrooms and kitchen. With capacity for up to seven people, it has sheets, towels and blankets, has air conditioning hot and cold in all rooms, free internet connection and equipped kitchen. The street where the apartment is located has all the amenities: supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, hospitals and all kinds of shops. Located five minutes from Santa Justa train station with bus lines C1 and C2, and fifteen from the airport with those same lines and the airport-city center line: EA. The apartment is located in front of the Roman walls of Seville, near the door of La Macarena. Entering this gate you enter the medieval city and we begin to see the Churches, (almost all in Mudejar style), old Palaces and Convents, popular houses, etc. In an atmosphere that reflects the personality of this city. We recommend, before entering the door of La Macarena a walk through the ancient Roman walls of Seville. The base of these walls is Roman, but they are very modified with elements arabs. The city was taken by the Arabs who came from Africa in the year 711 and were in it for 5 centuries leaving many traces in our architecture. Conquered in 1248 by King Ferdinand III of Castile, who gave it its current organization, as it is divided into 27 parishes that can still be visited. At the beginning of the walls is the prison where was martyred San Hermegildo in the V century during the Visigothic period of the city. At the end of the walk through the walls, if you look to the left you will see the Hospital of the Five Wounds (S.XVI), which is the Parliament of Andalusia. And to the right, you will see the Macarena door. This is the gate we recommend as an entrance to the old city. If you follow Calle San Luis, the first thing you should visit is the Basilica de la Macarena, where the image of the Virgin of the same name is venerated. The next one is the Church of San Gil, built on an old mosque. Along the way until you reach the Cathedral, you will know: The Pumarejo Palace, now in ruins. The Church of San Luis, in Baroque style. The Church of Santa Marina, Mudejar style (Andalusian Gothic style). The Church of San Marcos, Mudejar style. The Convent of Santa Isabel. The Convent of Santa Paula. The Palace of Las Dueñas (residence of the Duchess of Alba) The Church of Santa Catalina, Mudejar style. And many other interesting things: old taverns like "El Rinconcillo" from the 18th century in the Plaza de Los Terceros. This is the recommended route for the city center. If you do not want to walk you can use the city buses C3 and C4 that make the round of the old city and you can leave it in the area that every day you want to visit. In short, we believe it is a great choice for your holiday in Seville.

Excellent spacious apartment with all required facilities. It was comfortable and ideal for us to socialise in private in the evening. It was in a good location with easy access to Taxi's charging between €5-7 to the city centre, depending on the route and drop off point. There was 4 of us so this was extremely cost effective. Overall we had an excellent holiday

A bit out of the centre but loads of taxis to centre for only 6€. Tricky to find but Maria guided us in. Parking very limited. Taxis drivers all knew location so from airport wouldn't be a problem. Very clean and well equipped. There is an iffy smell in the lobby but not in the flat. Bathrooms could do with a bit more shelving but not really a problem. Could also benefit from some drawers in the bedrooms. Again not much of a problem for us as we were only 4 people staying for 3 days. Lack of mirrors too. Local cafes very good for "spanish" breakfast.

First of all, no one ever gave us the exact address. After reaching the meeting point, I had to call Maria twice to find out the exact location. We had to walk through a not very nice neighborhood that made us feel unsafe. Maria was very rude. Our train was about half an hour late arriving from Córdoba. She told us twice that we did not get there on ime, that she was in a rush because other people were waiting for her. To make things worse the front lobby and the apartment has a strong smell of sewer. It is far from the historic center, about a 30 minute walk. I will never rent this apartment again.
