We are already waiting to go back there!

We took an all inclusive package. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were of a very high standard! Breakfast and lunch were in the buffet with a large selection of food every day. We ate the 2 dinners in different restaurants (there are 6 restaurants in the complex) - a local/Cypriot restaurant and an Asian restaurant. The room is very large and spacious with a view of the pool and the sea, 2 single beds (as we requested), a large closet, a TV, a bathtub and everything in a beautiful and calm design. A large and clean pool with a swim-up bar, a small private beach on a cliff with a sea view. Full of activities for children and adults. I went to a stretching/yoga class and also in the evening we saw an aerial acrobatics show. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the city center, we rented a car and every day we drove and returned in time for meals and the pool. There is parking at the hotel (free). The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Because we came late at night they brought us food and drinks to the room in advance. We will absolutely go back there in the future

The rooms wete very nice as were all the facilities and the location. Walking distance from restaura

Good. We wanted to updrade for halfboard but this was not possible although we were told it would be when we booked. The meals were very expensive if not part of the original package.

First night we had very hard mattresses and the balcony and hotbath area was very dirty. We asked to change the room which they did, but then we were very far from.the rest of the family.

Nice stay, but for this price there are other better hotels around.

The hotel was good but needs some renovation. The staff is exellent and very helpfull. The breakfast was good.

The only place to stay in Pafos! Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this resort. If I had to pick one thing that made them exceptional it would be the people! We were warmly greeted by Ionna from guest relations as well as Georgia at the main reception. Beautiful energy and very helpful and caring not to mention professional. They helped my fiance with his proposal and were so amazing about it, they offered us champagne to celebrate the occasion and wanted to do a lot more but we were only staying for the night. we greatly appreciated them making this moment even more special. I would definitely come back. Great value for money and you have like 4-5 restaurants to pick from, the breakfast buffet is amazing! the pools and views are breathtaking and to top it all off after diner there’s a live show every night, we were lucky enough to see some extremely talented dancers and acrobats. 11/10 would go back in a heartbeat ♡

There isn’t a single thing I didn’t like. that’s the honest truth!

It was disappointment and not a resort experience.

The hotel has a beautiful garden and sea view. The room and lobby are nicely decorated. The breakfast was very average.

The hotel is not as clean as you expect from a 5-star hotel - the rooms are clean but corridors are full of dust. We booked BB and we ate lunch only once at the hotel - the food was lowest quality and overpriced. For the so called "premium lounge" it looks like no-one is taking care of it - it's full of dirty plates and cups, the coffee machine is constantly either is out of water or needs cleaning or there are no clean cups. One lift was out of order during the whole time of our stay. The indoor pool and gym facilities were also disappointing. The pool does not look clean. The changing room is tiny and there is no space to sit. The hotel staff working at the spa-gym area and in the pool bar look non-professional.

Exceptional

The service at the hotel was one of the best I have ever met The manager Luana and Nino were stunning We celebrated my husband's birthday and they took care of cake and champagne. We were with a baby girl and helped us with everything we needed. The food was excellent and the location of the house is beautiful. There is a hotel near the boardwalk and close to everything. We will definitely return

It's the special little touches that make the Azia the perfect choice for a holiday

We arrived quite late and there was a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit left in the room for us. About 10 minutes after getting to our room, there was a knock on the door and we were given sandwiches and Dorritos. There were natural shower products, (e.g. shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner) in the bathroom. I am quite particular about what products I use as I prefer natural products so I appreciated this. This is the second time we have stayed at the Azia and we appreciate the special little touches that make our stay more enjoyable and get our holiday off to a good start.

The mattresses on the beds were a bit firm for our liking. However, if we had been staying more than one night, we could have had these changed. A representative from the hotel came around during breakfast to ask people if there were any problems with their rooms. She did say that she would change the mattresses but we said that as we were only staying the one night, this wouldn't be necessary.

Didn't manage to have dinner at the a la cart restaurants, they were overbooked both nights so we order in the room, and they didn't serve ice cream etc for kids at the outside bar,only drinks

The staff in Azia were beyond amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful & it is a great place to relax.

The breakfast area was a beautiful place to start the day. The atmosphere was soothing & amazing. I liked the option of choosing whether to sit inside or outside & the buffet had a very large variety of food. Ionna was an angel and was extremely helpful & thoughtful to me & my mother. Johanna at the reception was also very kind & patient with us. There were also amazing staff like Antonis who were very nice & really brightened up our stay. I loved the view from our room, waking up in the morning was flawless, the cleanliness was top notch & it was the best hotel amongst all the ones in that section of the island. I will definitely come back as they made my birthday soo special!

I cannot think of anything that made me even the slightest bit of uncomfortable. I just didn’t like how the swimming pool closing early @ 7pm.

Nice hotel, poor food

Average breakfast, nothing special. Little choice. Not so good coffee

Buffet lunch and dinner nowhere near 5 stars . Below average standard of food. Bread was not fresh every day. Salad choices poor. Many dishes seemed like ready meals and in my opinion were not cooked onsite.This hotel MUST improve their food quality in the main restaurant.
