About this villa rental
This exclusive but still classical wooden house is majestically situated on top of a little hill and with comfortable distance to Lahällsvägen below. You park outside the door and a couple of steps later, you enter the hallway where you have a bathroom on your right hand side with a sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Still on the bottom floor, further down the hallway, you find a bedroom with 1 bed (120 cm) and space for an extra bed if you wish. Outside this room, you'll also find a separate WC. Once you've climbed the stairs, you have a spacious living room on your right, kitchen just ahead and a separate dining area on your right. The living room is equipped with tv (IPTV with channels from all around the world). The kitchen is modern and you will find everything you can ask for: a coffee machine makes you freshly grinded coffee, microwave, convection oven, induction stove and big fridge and freezer. Or you may prefer to throw a barbecue on the 150 sqm big terrace to which you have direct access to from the kitchen. Outside the living room you have the pool 4x8 m, 1,5 m deep and heated, keeps around 26 C. There is also a spa bath with room for 6 people, 38 C. On the deck you have a dining place for 6 people, sunbeds, lounge furnitures, parasol, Weber Grill and toys for outdoor and pool activity. In the garden there is a soccer goal. If you climb the next staircase, you enter the bedroom section, well separated from the daily activities on the mid- and bottom floor. Here, you also find a bathroom with shower. Two smaller single roms and a more spacious Master Bedroom. The house is equipped with a high-speed fibre-optic Internet connection and indoor WiFi-connectivity is provided by a high-end ASUS RT-AC88U router.

Eine gute Wahl
Hatten eine entspannte masken- und Corina hysteriefreie Woche in Stockholm in einem urgemütlichen schwedischen Haus in einer ausgesprochen ruhigen und günstigen Lage (15min in die Innenstadt mit dem PKW, ÖPNV 3min zu Fuß).
Kommunikation mit den sehr entspannten und engagierten Gastgebern absolut tadellos.
Würden gern wieder dahin.

Perfektes Haus im Norden Stockholms (Täby)
Qualitativ hochwertige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage mit Zug-Anbindung an Stockholm. Toller Pool und Whirlpool. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Marianne und Fredrik. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort als 5-köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und die Atmosphäre genossen.

Schöner Urlaub!
Wir hatten 14 tolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben Stockholm & Umgebung erkundet. Die Lage ist klasse, alles ist gut erreichbar und die nahe liegende Autobahn ist kaum hörbar. Marianne und Fredrik waren super Gastgeber und haben uns bei all den kleinen Fragen rund ums Haus und Ausflugsziele sehr unterstützt (vielen Dank!).
Pool und Whirlpool wurden - gerade von den Kindern - ausgiebig genutzt und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und der Platz im Haus reichte so eben aus. Ein bisschen mehr Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung wäre schön gewesen, zudem sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten für Person 7 und 8 eher eine Notlösung - für 2 Wochen nicht unbedingt optimal. Für eine 6-Personenbelegung ist die Unterkunft perfekt!

Hyggelig opphold
Vi var en stor familie på 8 personer som hadde et hyggelig opphold hos Marianne. Vårt opphold varte en uke og vi benyttet oss av boblebad og basseng. Ellers hadde huset alt vi trengte for å ha et fullverdig opphold.

Maison très confortable au calme proche du centre de Stockholm
Une maison parfaitement équipée et pleine de charme située à 20 minutes du coeur de Stockholm en tramway. Marianne & Fredrik sont très attentionnés. La grande terrasse en bois surplombe une rue très calme, on est au milieu des arbres.

If you want to visit Sweden ,you cannot loose to stay in Marianne`s paradise.
The owner Marianne is the best kind person you could find to know everythings about her house and about the near utility.
The location is wonderful as the photos on line shown.
We are two families (8 people) so if you want to do a shower ,unfortunately you had to wait a long time if the others guests have just used it.
This is the only problem ,we have found....perhaps we are a lot of.
We recomanded this house even for the next train station to go to.Stockholm in 20 min.
We'll back again....

Ein Sommerurlaub, der unseren Vorstellungen vollauf gerecht wurde!
Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen! Die Einrichtung ist auf aktuellem Stand, wir haben alles sauber und adrett vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstr., somit war kein störender Autolärm wahrnehmbar. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung zur Stockholmer City ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Fantastic House!!
We stayed at this accommodation in early August 2017 with our three children, and had a fantastic 2 week holiday.
The house has 4 bedrooms and is split over three levels and is beautifully decorated. The lounge and dining room are a great size and the property has 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones.
Easily the best feature is the large private swimming area, with a hot tub, BBQ and comfy furniture. Our kids spent numerous days in the pool when the weather was warm enough.
We didn't hire a car and instead used public transport, which was easy. There is station a few metres from the house, where you can catch the train into Stockholm centre in less than 30 minutes. The train service was great. We also caught the bus to the ferry terminal to spend some time on the islands.
Fredrik & Marianne where perfect hosts. Great communication before the trip, and where only a text away whilst we where in Stockholm.

Fijne woning met leuke indeling. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijke veranda met zwembad en jacuzzi.
Huis is schoon met een fris interieur en handig ingedeeld. De kinderen (4) hadden hun eigen game/slaapkamer beneden, de ouders sliepen boven. Een tweede tweepersoonsbed werd wel gemist. Keuken was erg goed uitgerust. Woonkamer met fijne meubelen en een goede tv viel erg in de smaak. Buiten op de veranda hebben we het meest gezeten. Lekkere eettafel waar 8 pers aan konden zitten en genoeg loungebanken. Zwembad en jacuzzi waren erg lekker. Zwembad was niet erg diep max 140 maar voldeed prima. Heerlijk dat we alles mochten gebruiken vsn de eigenaars.

Beautiful Swedish Villa
In July we spent 1o Days in this beautiful villa with 6 people.
It was nicely decorated and cozy. We had lots of fun in the pool. We also spent a lot of time on the well equipped terrace.
Marianne Christiansson, the owner of the villa was very friendly to us and was always avaiable, if we had any questions to ask.
The home was very clean and comfortable. For children were many activities around the house, such as table tennis , football
and trampolin. It was a real pleasure for all of us to have been there.
Thank you very much Marianne and family for the wonderful stay.

Last summer in July, my family and I spent two weeks in this wonderful, family friendly villa. There were three generations in our family from Idaho, USA. After getting to the house from Arlanda airport, my grandchildren took about 5 minutes to change into swim suits and jumped right in the pool. Every afternoon/evening after sightseeing they were in the pool. The house is very well equipped with modern appliances and comfortable beds and there was plenty of space for 7 people. It was also very clean and we really liked the large deck by the pool. The location is great with beautiful green areas for walking and jogging close to the lake. It is easy to use public transportation or get on the freeway if you are driving. The owners were very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. All our expectations were met and I would recommend this villa for anybody.

Semester norr om Stockholm
Vi är 3 familjer bestående av 7 vuxna 1 barn på 8 och en baby på 3 veckor som hyrde huset tillsammans. I förhållande till offentlig transport ligger villan bra, tyvärr var Roslagsbanan stängd under tiden vi var där så vi fick ta bussen i stället, men det gick bra ändå. De 2 vuxna och bebisen fick rummet på bottenvåningen och vi andra delade på rummen på 2 plan, vilket var lita av en utmaning eftersom mastersovrummet är mycket stort och de övriga 2 barnrum ganska små. 2 vuxna och 1 barn sov i mastersovrummet, mens 2 vuxna i våningssäng och den sista fick äget rum. Hemifrån trodde vi att rummet med våningssäng var tillräckligt stort till att det kunde ligga en madrass på golvet, men det gick inte. Men det gick bra ändå och alla var nöjda.
Värderat var perfekt och vi uppskattad att poolen var uppvärm till 28 grader, vilket kunde vara bra att anföra under info på Homeaway, eftersom det är ett stort plus. Wefri fungerade inte bra på 2 plan eller i vardagsrummet, men perfekt i matsalen.
Inköpsmöjligheter kräver att man har bil. Vi var i Täby Centrum och handlade och där var de både en Ica Kvantum och Hemköp. Det finns också Hemköp i Näsby Park och lite närmare Allens Hemköp, men varusortimentet där var mycket begränsat.
I gåavstånd finns en liten hamn och skog.
Personligt tycker jag att städningen kunde vara lite bättre. Det fanns spindelnät i vardagsrummet, leksaker och annat under sängen. Dessutom saknade vi en sopkvast så vi kunde städa smular efter frukosten. Men det hör till småsaksavdelningen.
Hyresvärden var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående med våra önskar om hyresperiod, antal personer mm. Återbetalning av depositum gick snabbt.
Från villan till sevärdheter fick vi beräkna 1 timmes transport varje väg. Vi besökte bland annat Vasamuseet, Hötorget och Gamla Stan och åkte båtturen Under Stockholms Broar.
