Excellent location and owner, however the AC and shower were quite limited and tempermental.

The location was excellent! Right near the port and located very central right near the Old Town. The owner was very nice and greeted us at the port to show us where to go and had a couple sheets full of great recommendations for our stay in Korčula. The room was very spacious with comfortable bedding. It was nice having a kitchen area with a fridge. The TV was great and had streaming services such as Netflix. The owner was also lovely and and had family made drinks on arrival which was a nice touch.

We really liked the property and the owner, unfortunately though the AC and the shower were a bit of a let down. The remote for the AC didn’t seem to be connected to the system so you had to manually turn it on each time. This would be ok but the AC itself didn’t even seem to work as it would come on for a couple minutes and then turn off for 5-10 minutes. This would also make a noise as it turned on and off which would sometimes wake us during sleeping. Unfortunately the shower was also not great as even from our first day it seemed to be clogged and made showering a bit uncomfortable. The hot water system also seemed to be quite limited and temperamental, with some times there being hot water for the first 5-10 minutes before becoming cold. Other times the water wouldn’t heat at all and my partner had all his showers cold during our stay. The place was great overall but these two facilities are quite crucial considering the hot weather and getting quite dirty everyday swimming and sweating, but we did enjoy the place and there were lots of great things about it!

Great Korčula apartment

Filip is an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is second to none. Very well appointed and clean.

Internet connection was dropping quite often but that did not diminish our enjoyment.

Perfect location!!

Could not have found a better location, and the host was great. He met us at the ferry where we walked the 2 minutes to the apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. Also loved that it was on the ground floor

For those who want separate rooms, this isn't for you. It worked for us though as we spent most of the time out in the town

Great apartment

Filip was very responsive and helpful - excellent host! Location perfect, just outside the gate to old town. The apartment was very comfortable and we appreciated the air con, refrigerator and washing machine.

Superb

Filip was a lovely host, he met us at the ferry and walked with us to the room. He was also very kind in letting us have a very very very late check out as the weather was terrible and wet. Otherwise would have had to sit around in the rain until our 5pm ferry. Thank you again!

Shower head probably needs replacing as it was spraying in all kinds of directions but the room was nice overall

We had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the central location of the property and the very friendly and help

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent central to shops restaurants and waterfront. Filip the host was very friendly and helpful and readily gave advice which was much appreciated. He met us at the ferry and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out until the ferry arrived.

Exceptional

Lovely apartment in an excellent central location. Air-con was good although not in main bedroom. The washing machine was useful. Filip the host was friendly and helpful and recommended places to eat and visit nearby. We only stayed 2 nights but really loved Korcula island.

Stunning apartment right in the middle of the old town!

beautiful property spacious and amazing location right in the middle of the old town!

The kitchen didn’t have an oven. but everything else was fab!

Everything. Filip is a wonderful host, the apartment is lovely and location is 50 meters from the entrance to the old city. Far enough to be quiet. Various excellent walks. Apartment has a kettle, fridge, breakfast table, etc

The Heart of Korcula

No place is like this place when traveling to Korcula. It has the most amazing host Filip, is one block from the Old Town, and sits right on top of the best restaurant in all of Korcula. When you are staying here and eating downstairs you are a local experiencing this place from a local perspective. The one bedroom apartment has beautiful stone walls, windows on multiple walls and a washer/dryer in the unit. We also were surprised to see that the hosts make their own limoncello and have it bottled on the kitchen table waiting for you to sample it (or finish it!) We have now stayed here twice in two years and plan to do so again when we return next. We brought friends on this trip and they stayed in the adjoining Studio Apartment. Both units are connected by a common indoor landing with a common door to the stairway, so this is excellent for larger groups traveling together, because the stairway door can be closed and each adjoining apartment can have there doors opened and it feels like one larger Apartment.

There were no issues with this place, other then we couldn’t stay longer!

Very nice host and comfortable room.

I chose this place because it had a parking (stated on Bookings.com) but has none whatsoever! I had to park the car in a public paying parking for the duration of the stay.

Great location, nice apartment

Everything. Great location.. a few steps to old town, few steps to shops and restaurants, few steps to the ferry and only slightly further to the bus station. Useful washing machine. Nice ambience to the place. Just very nice overall really.

A bit noisy on Saturday night with a party (or something) with loud music going on in the restaurant across the street. Minor niggle.
