Think Old Florida charm. The cottage is a single story 4 BR and 2 BA house with a covered pool. Beach style is the theme! It is cute, not fancy, very comfortable, casual and cottage chic! The kitchen is updated and has pull out shelves, and is outfitted to cook any meal you could possibly want! A Kitchen Aid stand mixer, roasting pan for a turkey, garlic press, fine cutlery, and service for 12 are a few highlights. Martini, wine and champagne glasses are a few extras as well. Pool glass-ware, place settings are included. The 2 baths are also updated while maintaining the mid-century charm that makes cottage living so fun! There are no pull out couches in this cottage. The property sleeps 8 in 1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twin beds in four bedrooms with black-out linen drapery. The house is quiet and nestled on a fabulous street with all the lovely oaks and palms that you would expect! A private outdoor pool area (not heated) offers relaxation and outdoor dining, outdoor gas grill, Sunbrella sectional and chaise lounges. There is a garage for your toys and golf clubs with automatic door opener. The driveway holds 2 cars. Move in, settle yourself and enjoy the close proximity to the beach, fine and casual dining, terrific local shopping, and ice cream! We look forward to hosting you. The whole family had a great vacation here and would most definitely come back. The property had everything we needed, was located in a great spot and the pool was a bonus. Jennifer made the entire checkin process flawless. Would absolutely recommend this place if your a family looking for a great getaway.

This is a nice quiet and private location near beaches and shops. It was great to have 4 bedrooms for our multi-generation family group. Amenities as described, clean and private screened pool. Interior tastefully decorated in restful beach theme. Some carpets are stained and curled edges could be a tripping hazard. Slow drain in the master bath basin.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hibiscus Cottage. It was comfy, inviting and so close to the beach. It had everything we could ever need and then some. Jen was great at communicating with me about everything. My whole family has plans to stay there in the future. Loved it there!

This house and neighborhood was outstanding. The rooms were perfect for the family to stay and all have their own area. Everything you need to be on vacation but also feel like you are at home. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and close enough to the baseball complex you don't waste your day driving back and forth. The owners/ and property managers were super easy to deal with and had all the info you needed for your trip available in the house. The beds were super comfortable and the style of the house felt like you were living there and not just staying. My only thing I would have liked to seen was the pool to be a little cleaner. (The water was fine just age to the sides which made it look a bit murky) However, that does not stop teenagers from using it. Specially when we had the 92 degree April day. If we return to play here again, please count me in for this location. Thanks for the great break/holiday.

The Hibiscus Cottage was an excellent vacation home for the month of March. It’s location is excellent. The nearby streets are excellent for walking/strolling. And it was a comfortable walk to the Saturday Farmers Market, casual restaurants, the beach and shopping. The layout of the house was excellent. We had numerous visitors for dinners at the great dining room table. The swimming pool cage kept the oak tree dry leaves out of the pool. The patio furniture was comfortable to sit for that 5:00 glass of wine. It was a great month.

We had a wonderful stay at Hibiscus Cottage even through some record low Florida temperatures at the beginning. The house was perfect for our needs - just two of us for most of the time with a long weekend with our two sons and their girlfriends in the middle of our stay. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach. We rented some bikes and barely used the car during our visit. The neighborhood is ten stars! We hope to be back for another visit.

This house is super cute and cozy. It’s a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) which we enjoyed doing often. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and the house is tastefully decorated. The owner is very helpful with any issues we had and reply very promptly! Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Hibiscus Cottage. This was the perfect place to spend the summer with our family. Jennifer’s cottage was comfortable, beautifully styled and had the most well equipped kitchen of any property we have rented. The house was in a great location in a quiet street, but just a short walk to shops and the beach. Jennifer was a responsive and gracious host.

Hibiscus Cottage is a wonderful place to enjoy sun, sand and fun. This cottage is located within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The weather was perfect in January and February. We walked every day and relaxed on the lanai. Great place to stay.
