Mein Zimmer hatte nur kaltes Wasser und in drei Tagen konnte das nicht behoben werden. Ich wurde ständig vertröstet und wenn ich einen halben Tag später nachgefragt habe, bekam ich zur Antwort, es stünde auf der Wartungsliste. Am letzten Tag wurde mir ein unmögliches Zimmer als Ersatz angeboten.

Sent 5 emails concerning check in with no direct answer! No heating or air conditioning controls. Very noisy until 3AM 2 out of 3 nights, maintenance of the balcony plants went through our room twice, and no instructions or anything concerning amenities if any or really any instructions but throwing out the garbage. Difficult connecting to WiFi. Had to speak to 3 different people and only got 1 device connected!

Location and size of the room. The balcony was also good.
Property advertised TV & cable channels.There was NONE. As seniors having this is important as you can’t be out all day. Staff ( many different) were largely indifferent to any issues saying it was not their problem but a matter for Interhome . This also included a party happening next door from 3pm to still carrying on at 3.am next day with music etc.

location was really easy to find & it was really convenient too. Room was spacious and clean.
Maybe basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel would be a nice touch.
