The condo had a very large balcony overlooking the mountains, lake and entire property surrounding the area. We were participating in a dragon boat race, so the condo was perfectly situated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were huge, and the living area was more than accommodating for the three of us who stayed here and two friends who visited us. We would definitely stay in this particular unit again, especially if we compete in the race next year.
I communicated with Raymond who was very prompt with providing information. There isn't a manned front desk, but we really didn't have any issues that required help. The resort area has just about everything you'd need. Everyone followed the HOA rules as well. Our unit was very quiet no matter the time of day.

Had to make last minute trip for family emergency. Lake Las Vegas condo was perfect location to commute back and forth as well as decompress and de-stress. Condo was clean and neat, codes to access were in working order. View was perfect from both patios.

You will not be disappointed. My husband & I wanted a getaway with our teens (13 & 17) & it was like a home away from home. The view was fantastic at sunrise & sunset. My teens sunbathed from the extra large balcony. Pools were great too. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful condo with nice patio overlooking lake. With children a two bedroom condo with kitchen and living room was a much better option than hotel.

Everything about the property and our stay was wonderful. Pretty condo, amazing views of Lake Las Vegas, quiet and easy communication with the owners. As a bonus, there is a good sized village with shops and restaurants within a one minute walk from the residence.
We would definitely stay here again!

lovely lake Las Vegas
I took a short mini vacation with my son and daughter in law.
We were amazed. And will definitely go back. The village is stepping into Italy and we enjoyed great food in 3 different places. All with their own unique charm. But out penthouse was positively the best. We enjoyed staying there most of the time with a great view of the lake and the villages. The unit was spotless and beds very comfortable. With great showers and AC was perfect. Most needed with 110 temps. I have already recommended to others and hope to return.

The views from the balconies were amazing and the outdoor space was everyones favorite place to spend time. The pools were being maintenance during our stay (which we were informed about prior to our arrival) but we were still able to utilize one pool while one was being serviced. Convenient location to the Vegas and area hiking. Highly recommend!

Amazing views in a quiet complex
The views from the balconies were amazing and the outdoor space was everyones favorite place to spend time. The Unit is an amazing end unit with great views. The management is easy to work with. My suggestions and are no way a deal breaker, replace carpeting and add a TV to the 2nd bedroom.

Overall, we loved this place. It was a really nice and different way to enjoy Vegas beyond the Strip. The hosts were great, and very communicative. The only drawbacks we had was, the washer/dryer were broken, and we hadn’t been informed of such prior to our arrival, so we hadn’t packed enough clothes to get us through the week. There is a laundry room on site, but it wasn’t as ideal of course as having a private one. The other thing was just that small things throughout the unit need fixing/updating. Use the toilet paper? Plop. Off the wall it comes. Bath towel? Towel rack immediately collapses as soon as you touch it. Same goes for the light switch, and it’s corresponding trim plate. It was almost as though the place was set decorated to be a movie set. I was afraid to touch anything else! Like I said, small things, but at $300/night, and clearly the cleaning crew knows about this stuff, since they have to precariously set it up every time… Overall a great place to stay though. The management just needs to send in a handyman or two to get things back to top notch.

This place far exceeded our expectations! The views from the large balcony were absolutely stunning!!! On Sat they had live music on the lake and we had the perfect view from our patio. One of the pools is kid friendly which our youngest loved.

Beautiful Patio and Views
This is my 6 th stay in Lake Las Vegas and it never disappoints. What we loved about this condo were the two separate patios. One overlooking the village where we could hear the live music and see the beautiful lights at night, and the other large patio facing the lake with the surrounding mountain views. This condo was larger and it was ample space for two adults and two teenagers. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful area when all of the water amenities are open on the lake.

Myself and my three children stayed in your condo the week after Christmas. My son is in the Air Force and had time off but was on call so he could not travel home. I wanted a place that felt like home so we could spend time as a family. It was beyond perfect for what I wanted it to be! Very comfortable and homey and the views are spectacular! I was able to prepare some home-cooked meals for my son that we had not seen in a year. I did not want the hustle and bustle of the strip. The peacefulness and convenience of this location allowed us all to relax and reconnect in a much needed way!

This was a great property. Views were amazing and the unit was clean and ready when we arrived. Restaurants and the shop all within walking distance. The only down side was there was not a closer entrance to our unit- we had stairs right next to the unit but no way to access them from the plaza or outside. So you have to go around to the front of the building every time. We are active so this was not an issue for us. Overall excellent stay.

Beautiful condo
The condo was very nice and clean. Hard surface floors in living areas instead of carpet as pictured was a nice surprise. The pool was never too busy so very comfortable with allowing kids to swim often. The only complaint I have is not with the condo, but with the Lake Las Vegas area, not many shops or restaurants open, so had to drive 15-20 minutes for restaurants. Casino not open either, not a big deal for us. Very pleased with the condo.

The Balcony view is breathe taking.
Had some issues with front door entry which wasn't the owners fault but did have to wait outside in 115 degree weather until someone came out. Other people seemed to have the same problem but some where able to go in so not sure what the issue was. Overall the condo was great and the view was priceless. a lot of activities literally minutes away.

Property was lovely...But...
Be prepared to walk about a quarter of a mile each way to park, as the parking description is misleading and not as easily accessible as I thought. The distance wouldn't have been so bad had it not been 105° outside having to make the trek with small children in tow. Also, Property manager was informed the morning of our second day that the refrigerator was not chilling well and hundreds of dollars worth of food was at risk, we were informed that it being a Holiday weekend there was nothing they could or would do besides put in a work order for the following week, leaving us holding the bag and scrambling to find a way to keep our food cold, thank goodness for Google I was able to troubleshoot and get the fridge working within 24 hours. But no thanks to management as we never heard from them again regarding the refrigerator OR any work order. Fortunately, the vacation was enjoyable even though management wasn't concerned at all about the couple of issues we did experience. The penthouse was lovely, the location and views over the lake and town were fabulous, the unit was clean and well stocked. Until management at this property sees fit to concern themselves with issues that arise with their guests, our family will not return to this particular location. We will, however, still use VRBO for other vacation plans, as they have been quite reliable and responsive in the past.

Great getaway
The condo was very clean (except for the living room carpeting) and contained everything we needed for a relaxing 5 night stay. The views of the village and Lake Las Vegas were beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the grocery store was. Would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME!
I feel like we struck gold with the property and it’s location! I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness but this place was impeccable. Beds were super comfortable (my husband has had two back surgeries and he slept great.) The air conditioner in the master bedroom wasn’t great it got quite warm at night but it was a minor detail in comparison to all the perks. We will definitely be returning!
