About this house rental
Situated in King Street, this charming house for R 3,030 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This charming cottage is perfectly located close to the best swimming beach in Queenscliff and only a short walk to the main street, cafes, restaurants and shopping precinct. The property features timber floors and quality furnishings throughout. It has three attractive bedrooms; two with queen beds and one with two singles and two trundles. Also two toilets and one bathroom. There are two living areas. The first is a cosy central lounge room and the second faces the rear garden. The kitchen/dining area opens onto a large deck and overlooks the lovely fernery. This home offers clean and efficient hydronic heating and air conditioning; providing year round comfort. Other features include 2 TV's, Netflix, CD player, ipod dock, 2 DVD players, porta cot with extra mattress, high chair, gas cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower, outdoor umbrella, gas BBQ, and outdoor settings. Seating is located at various outside locations for guests to sit and enjoy the pretty cottage gardens. Doonas with covers, pillows and pillow cases are provided. Sheets, bath and beach towels are an additional cost of $25 per person or you can B.Y.O. Please notify us when booking. Pantry stocked with essentials and there are plenty of DVD's, games, toys, magazines and books to keep everyone entertained. Well behaved dogs welcome inside or outside in the fully enclosed back & front yards. Two kennels, two baskets and bowls provided for dogs. Perfect for couples, families and small groups. A comfortable home in all seasons. Please Note: A $200 security bond applies which will be refunded within 7 days after check out if property is left in a satisfactory standard and there is no damage. Children& dogs must be under adult supervision at all times. No schoolies. Special permission is required to bring more than two dogs. The open fireplace is not available for use however there is efficient hydronic heating throughout the house. There is to be no smoking on property.

We stayed at Carmens delightful cottage for two nights for our wedding.
Upon entering we immediately felt a cosy relaxed vibe.
We were presented with chocolates and wine and puppy treats on arrival.
We enjoyed our stay and plan to return on our one year anniversary 😀

Absolutely beautiful, the attention to detail was astounding. The beds were comfy the facilities first class. The owner has thought of everything. Our labradoodle Daisy felt right at home. The location is perfect. Would recommend this delightful cottage to everyone.

This property was lovely with gorgeous gardens. It was a short walk to the shops and there was the General Store for brunch just around the corner. Overall perfect for our stay.

The house was amazing. The owners clearly value the house and the experience of the people who stay there. They are great with communication, so many thoughtful touches in the house to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. A wonderful 'secret garden path' and cubby house was so much fun for our toddler. Yard was enclosed for the dog. We unfortunately managed to lock ourselves out but even this was a painless process to resolve. Thank-you!

We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the front door,such a beautiful,cozy cottage with everything you could wish for and more.

Charming cottage
Stayed here in May, the weather was very chilly but the cottage was cozy and warm. We had such a lovely stay here, what a gorgeous and charming little cottage. All the little touches made the cottage feel loved, lived in and comfortable. We were only a short stroll from the shops and the beach which was delightful. Our dog Bonnie was made welcome with some treats, and we were made extra welcome with wine and chocolates. What a nice surprise! We will definitely be back!

A very pleasant home and stay
We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. There is a big garden which my dog enjoyed along with the dog biscuits that Carmen left us. It was a little further out of town than I expected but if your healthy it’s very doable. The queens cliff centre is short on places to eat particularly at night. I’m assuming that the Covid situation hasn’t helped with the staff shortages
